Chapter 13

The Next Day......

I woke up at 8:30 and my throat was dry. I'm hungry. I got out of bed and walked to the kitchen, to get a blood bag out of the mini fridge I have in the garage.

I stepped on the cement, and rushed towards the fridge. I grabbed about two bags and left back inside. I turned on the tv to see the forecast.

"In the forecast today there is going to be thunderstorms around the area.", the news lady said on the tv. "Great. What a wonder day.", I said to myself.

I kept watching the news, and something popped up saying there was killings in Virginia.

I turned the tv higher, "In Virginia there has been some mysterious killings around. The victim seem to have two tiny holes in the neck wound. There body pale and no sign of blood in the body."

There is vampires in Virginia still? I wonder if Derek is the one doing this. Somehow I managed to convince myself to go and visit Derek in Virginia.

I grabbed my phone and texted Ruby that ill be gone for awhile. As soon as I went to go and pack my things I heard a door bell. "Coming.", I yelled. I went to the door and answered it.

I expected it to be Ruby but it was no where close to be her. "Hello Abigail", it was Alice at the door. "What? Alice", I said confused. "Yes I know you might be wondering why I'm here but I found you.", she said.

I didn't know what to say to her, I haven't seen her for years and she just ends up at my door step. I just started at her, no words left my mouth.

"Aren't you going to invite me in?", she said. I forgot a vampire has be invited in to come into a house. "Sorry yes come in." "Thank you.", she said. She looked the same like how I seen her before.

The same hazel eyes and light brown hair, but her hair was curly. She had on blue jeans and a red coat on with brown boots. "You look different.", she said.

"Well I don't really have emotions anymore.", I said. She looked around the house to see what I'd had. I say down an notice that I still had my pajamas on.

"Um ill be right back, I just need to change.", I said and ran to my room. I got out black jeans and a white muscle shirt. I ran into the restroom to take a quick shower.

When I got out I changed an walked to the living room. "Wow that's was fast, I see you learned your running abilities.", she said. I combed my hair and got my blow dryer.

As soon as my hair was dry I looked at her, "So um how did you find me here?", I questioned. "Some bird told me that your here.", she said.

As soon as she said I that I though Ruby must of told Josh. "How do you know Josh?", I said.

"His family and my family, know each other so when his little girlfriend told him, he contacted me." "I knew I've shouldn't told Ruby. So does Derek know in here?",I questioned.

"Nope just me, I just told them I need a vacation and came here." "Oh" "I've seen that your packing to go somewhere", she said looking at my suitcase.

"I was going to Virginia to see what's been happening there since I ranway." "Why did you runaway Abigail?", she said.

She seemed more like Victoria, I hope Victoria isn't the way she was still.

"Everyone was arguing in the house all because of me and you guys had to move because of me. Everything was because of me, so I though if I was out of your family's hair you guys would be much better."

"But we were going to move anyways Abigail and after you left Derek changed a lot. He didn't care about anyone ,well he never did, except you he would always think one day she is coming back but he lost hope in that.", she said.

All of that she was telling me made me regret leaving in the first place. "I'm sorry Alice for what I did, I didn't mean to do this to Derek.", I said. I started to move my ring, I was sad now.

I didn't know what to do anymore. "You still have the ring?", she said. "Yes I still love him but I didn't what to ruin his life or yours."

"He still has his and thinks about you, sometimes if we mention your name he goes crazy and dares us not to speak of that name again or he starts to think about you again."

"I wish I could change everything.", I said. "Well I guess your going to have to see Derek for yourself. We are going to Hampton, Virginia Abigail.", Alice said.

I nodded my head and got off the couch. I headed towards my room and stared packing again. She helped out and carried my suitcases to her car.

I grabbed my black leather boots and leather jacket, so I could put them on. I locked my door and made sure my fiat was still locked.

It was locked and I ran to Alice's hybrid because it was raining. "Ready?', she said. I nodded my head and she started the engine.

Here we go to Hampton, Virginia.

I guess now Abigail feels really bad for leaving. Maybe her emotions will turn back on? And now she heading to Virginia with Alice.

I wonder what going to happen next. Well I do but you all are going to read in the next chapter.
