hayden pov-

i felt bad for brandon everytime i looked into his eyes i saw the fear and sadness. i walked into his room were he sat writing in his notebook. good morning.i said. hi.he said softly. what are you writing.i asked. nothing..just lyrics. he said. can i see.i asked. he shook his head. thats ok how are you.i asked. he shrugged picking at a string on his sweatpants. i sighed softly. did they give you your pills.i asked. he nodded. good do you need anything.i asked. he sat silent before shaking his head. can i ask you something.i asked. he nodded. will you go outside with me.i asked. no.he said. no ones out there come on.i said. he sighed and stood up. i walked down the hall with him and we walked out into the warm air.  he looked around nervously. its ok.i said. we walked to a bench under a tree and sat down. i smiled as a small smile started growing on his face. nice huh.i said. he nodded. he picked up a leaf and started messing with it. god he was fucking adorable. i was able to look past his problems and see how beautiful and amazing he was. i intertwined our fingers and he looked at me with a small smile.i smiled back. our eyes locked and my heart started racing. i leaned in and softly kissed him. i was a bit nervous but it went away when he kissed back. we pulled away after a few seconds. wow.i whispered. he laughed softly.i kissed him again a little deeper. hayden. a voice said. i recognized it immediately..it was my boss. shit.i whispered. come with me.she said. a nurse took brandon back to his room and i followed her to her office. hayden you know the rules about getting involved with patients. she said. i know.i said. then why did you do it.she asked. i sighed and shrugged. if you do it again you will be fired. she said. you cant do that..he needs me.i said loudly. we can have someone else. she said. no you cant they dont understand only i do im the only one who really fucking cares.i shouted. she sighed. i left her office and went to mine. fuck.i said knocking something off my desk. a nurse knocked. yes.i said. brandon wants to see you.she said. thanks.i said. i walked to his room and he sat softly crying  in his bed. whats wrong.i asked sitting next to him.  its my fault you got in trouble.he said. no its not at all..its my fault i shouldn't have kissed you.i said. he sniffled. i wrapped my arms around him hugging him tightly. its ok.i whispered.  i had to stay away from him romantically but it was hard..i loved him.
