Francine Waters is a man.
Or at least, she might as well be.
Her large stature and less than feminine features are only fuel to the fire of rumors surrounding her. As the first, and only, female football player at Dempsey High, she has to deal with the constant ridicule by those she considers close. Her family hates what she does, she can't get a date, and her gruff personality is basically "people repellent."
And then, she snaps.
Earl Rivera has been called a girl for all his life.
He has long hair and soft features, and can't seem to ask any girl out without them thinking he's too feminine for them. His father constantly tries to pump him with protein shakes and gym memberships, as if his testosterone will immediately triple by just having contact with them. After a run in with Francine, who he originally assumed was a man, in the halls of Dempsey, he can't help but be intrigued.
And who would've guessed that this curiosity would turn into a scheme that would forever change Francine and Earl?
