Ace is busy signing the papers; he is rushing himself to finish all the papers he needs to sign. Last night, he ditch Alex his wife to their dinner his meeting with his client took long than he thought and he needs to call his wife to tell her he can't make it to dinner.

He neglected Alex, ever since they had two kids both of them became busy at work and being parents to their son RJ and daughter Amanda. Now he promised Alex they will have lunch together, if he won't sign the papers as fast as he can he might not be able make it to his promised lunch with Alex.

"Ace, Ana Vender is here." It's his assistant Michelle on the intercom.

Ace wondered what Ana Vender is doing at his office. He and his wife had been friends with Ana, first she was a client then they become friends and when he got married he introduced Ana with Alex and the rest is history.

When Ana entered the room Ace welcomes her, they exchange kisses on each other's cheeks.

"What are you doing here?" Ace asks Ana as he led them to the couch.

"I'm here to give you the tickets to "Relentless" premiere personally." Ana took the two tickets in her purse and gave it to Ace.

"Is Josh going to be there?" Ace plastered a sour look as he takes the tickets from Ana.

"He's my leading man Ace, of course he will be there." Ana chuckles.

Ace throws the ticket on the table and said "I'm not going."

"Oh, come on Ace" Ana delivered a disappointed tone. But Ace seems decided and firm with his decision. Ana continues "You and Josh had been friends, long before you knew me; in fact you two are best of friends. Did you forget the time you two run away from home when you were fifteen, you guys rented and live in the same room, what is happening with you two?"

"He becomes famous and arrogant a-hole, that's what is happening." Ace grimed.

"I'm not going to argue with being an a-hole he can be sometimes but you know he's not arrogant, and you knew what kind of person Josh is." Ana contradict Ace.

But Ace insisted he's right with what he thought of Josh and talks again what happened to prove he's right. "He was just starting his career, I was with him the whole time, from new York to L.A. then he became a big hit, I am so proud of him, I'm best friend with famous and award winning actor, but Josh didn't treat me as his friend. When he became famous he forget me, I needed a friend when my girlfriend cheated on me but where is Josh, I called him a thousand times and he completely ignored me because he's with his famous friends."

Ana can sense the bitterness from Ace but she didn't stop to convince him. "Come on, you met Alex, I mean it's a good thing your fiancée cheated on you right?"

"That's not the point." Ace squirm "Where was Josh when I needed a friend."

"He was busy promoting his movie, Josh wanted to be with you, believed me I was there but both of us were in Paris, then Berlin, then Japan. He can't come to be with you but he tried." Ana explain things to Ace.

"One phone call will do." Ace tone is sarcastic.

"Ace, we've been through this, we've done this metaphor like million times. Josh did call you but you didn't answer his calls, he even went to see you but you refused to talk to him." Ana tried to convince Ace to make amends for Josh when it happened but she failed, and she kept on trying every time she sees Ace and Josh became their topic.

"Because it was too late, after he ignored me I told to myself it's over between us, the friendship is gone, and he buried it." Ace answered.

"You buried it not him." Ana replied quickly her voice is assured.

"Oh, so you are taking his side." Ace is quite annoyed.

"I am not taking any sides." Ana said calmly "All I'm saying is your kind of friendship with Josh is very rare. You are like a brother to Josh and I know you felt the same way with him."

"I did" Ace stands up "But I'm done, if you don't happen to have millions on my bank I wouldn't be friends with you at all, I told to myself I won't be friends with someone like Josh Scurlock, I hate famous people."

"I beg to disagree!" Alex enters the room.

"Honey what are you doing here?" Ace welcomes his wife with a kiss.

"I need to make sure you won't ditch me again so I'm here to pick you up." Alex plastered her tender smile at Ace then turn to Ana "What are you doing here?"

Ana and Alex greet each other a peck of kiss then afterwards Ana said "I'm here to give the tickets to "Relentless" premiere."

"Hmm" Alex looks at Ace firmly "I get that you expressed anger again for Josh."

"Like I said I don't like famous people." Ace answered while he declines himself in the couch.

"And like I said" Alex sat beside her husband "I beg to disagree, you married me and your friends with Ana."

"That's different, I made you famous and Ana wasn't that famous when I became friends with her." Ace answered.

"Yes, and your friends with Josh either before he became famous." Ana insist.

"And he changed that's why we are no longer friends." Ace insisted his twisted logic.

"We are going to the premiere." Alex said as she gathered the tickets on the table.

"No, we are not." Ace countered his wife then he looks at Ana and declared "We are not going, and that's final."

"We are going!" Alex insists she even gave Josh a warning look and followed "I'm sick and tired with your childishness Mr. Ace Merrill Sr, we are going to the premiere and we are doing this for both Ana and Josh, not to mention Johnny, Ely and Kyle, I mean they're our friends too not only Josh, so why don't you cut that crap."

Ace grabbed the tickets from his wife Alex and turns to Ana "I am his boss, technically she works for me and yet she's the one who's in control." Ace said like he's complaining.

Ana chuckles "I really am happy for you guys, Josh and Ely are like you and it felt good to see my friends happy with the one they loved." Ana tried to suppress the sadness in her voice but she failed.

"Is there something wrong?" Ace holds her hand; both he and Alex plastered a concern look.

Ana smiled and said "I'm alright" but the Merrill's are not convinced.

"We are your friends Ana." Alex said with tender smile "You told Ace things you can't say to Josh."

"Is this about Johnny?" Ace asked.
