Leo's POV

I asked (y/n) out. I asked (y/n) out. I walked into my cabin grinning like an idiot.
"Why is fire boy so happy?" asked Nyssa. She was working on another one of her projects, by the look of the blue prints it looks like a cool new weapon that can turn into a sword and a shield.
"I may or may not have asked out the amazing (y/n) (l/n)," I pulled a stool out from under my desk and sat down to face Nyssa.
"Nice, just be careful with her, one false move and she can curse ya. I am glad you found someone though Leo, that's great."
"She would never hurt me, she just has this fiery personality that I love. She will defend herself even when she knows she won't win."
"Seems like a keeper if you ask me," I started to get up and pull out some blue prints from one of the drawers. "Whatcha making Leo?"
"Something for (y/n), I asked her out,"
"Cute, now I've gotta go, good luck!"
"Thanks," I was going to make (y/n) the coolest thing she has ever gotten, but I have work fast, I only have 5 hours to figure out where we are going and to finish making her this, a necklace charm that can turn into a dagger.

****Time skippity skip****

Normal POV

You were trying to decide what to wear at a quarter to nine and you were in your pajamas. You decided to take a half and hour nap which turned into a two hour nap and then the rest is history.
You picked out a maroon sweater and a pair of leggings with your knee high, brown boots. You curled your hair and pulled on a knitted white beanie with matching fingerless gloves. Makeup was not going to occur tonight, anyone who can't deal with the way you really look doesn't deserve you at all.
By the time you had finished getting ready there was a knocking at your cabin door. You grabbed your black, cross body purse and went to open the door. There stood Leo, his messy curls in all, except not in his usual oil stained clothes, but nice and clean, as if he actually tried to get cleaned up. He was staring at you, jaw touching the floor.
"Close your mouth, you'll get flies that way," you smirked.
"I can't help it, you look beautiful," he held out his hand and you took it blushing. You closed the door behind you and happily walked beside Leo, hand in hand.
"So what are the plans for tonight?"
"You will see when we get there,"
"Leooooooooooooo. Please! I hate suspense,"
"Nope not saying anything," you left the borders of camp finding your way back to the city to the unknown destination.
"Ugh, fine, but how long is this walk anyway?"
"About twenty minutes,"
"Okay not too bad, so where are we going?"
"Oh gods don't be like this the whole walk,"

10 minutes later..........

"Pleeeeeeeeeease Leo," you begged, you could not withhold your curiosity. It was always a trait that you hated, that and your lack of patience.
"That's it," Leo grabbed your arm and pulled you to an ally by the side walk, he pulled your face only and inch from his. Your eyes wide and your cheeks bright red from how close you were.
"Still have a lot to say?" he asked brushing his lips against yours lightly. You shook your head slightly, the color still in your cheeks, "you're cute when you blush like that," he smirked.
"I didn't intend to be cute, " you held your head high, trying to regain your confident stride. "There's no going back, now I know your weakness,"
"I don't have a weakness," you defended.
He brought his hand to cup your cheek with his hand, heat immediately rose to your cheeks and your eyes shifting to the ground to avoid his eyes.
"Really? Because I think you do," he took your hand, and you let him drag you back to the crowded streets, defeated.
He had found your weakness.
Your weakness, was him.
