Percy Jackson Watty Awards Rule Book

So this was created because I discovered that there was actually no  Percy Jackson Watty Awards in existence, which shocked me considering how big the fandom is and such. Anyway, for those of you who are considering entering, here are the rules.

Categories:

Every book will be placed into categories. The authors themselves will choose which categories they want their work to be placed in, but I will be thouroughly checking the work to make sure that it is accurate. If it is not, I will message the author and if they refuse to change it, I will disqualify that book. If you're going through the categories and your book doesn't fit into them, you can place it in the Other or General section. Examples of categories include Percy Jackson, Annabeth Chase, Thalia Grace, Percy Jackson General Shipping, Percy Jackson Yaoi Shipping, Percy Jackson Yuri Shipping, Percy Jackson Multi Shipping and Post-Series Percy Jackson. There will of course be more, but those are just examples.

Entering:

Entering is actually really simple. All you need to do is PM me the name of your story and a link to it, along with which category you want it to go into. As I said above, I will check to make sure that your book fits into the category. There is no limit to how many books you can enter, provided that they are Percy Jackson themed. You can also enter incomplete stories, one-shots, multi-chapter stories and even discontinued stories.

Voting:

You can vote for two stories per category but you can NOT VOTE FOR YOURSELF. I will be going through every vote to make sure that this is not happening. Both votes must be for different stories.

In the result of a tie breaker, you can only vote for one story, and you still can NOT VOTE FOR YOURSELF.

Please keep track of your own votes and you can demand votes from your family, friends and followers. If you don't then it's no fun. There must be competition.

The winners will be decided by the votes of the public.

Creator:

As I said above, an author/creator can enter any amount of books that they have written. I myself am also allowed to enter. I can't vote for myself and you don't have to vote for me. I just want to see how I stack up compared to the amount of talented writers out there.

Prizes:

1st Place: 1st place badge, all chapters voted for and a fan.

2nd Place: 2nd place badge, half of the chapters voted for and a certificate.

3rd Place: 3rd place badge, ten of the chapters voted for and a certificate.

Any other place: Mentions in the winners book in order of place.

Final Note:

I just want to wish all of you the very best of luck. You're all amazing, no matter where you place. Remember, losing or winning a competition doesn't always show how good of a writer you are.
