The Look In Their Eyes (EDITING)

Happy Christmas Eve, happy Hanukkah, and happy holidays lovelies!! So my last filler was pretty shït in my opinion, but I shall attempt to make it up to you. So I hope you enjoy. It's been re- oh wait, I almost forgot *ahem* Thank you lovelies for 3.72K!! I honestly can't thank you all enough for taking the time to read this. I'm so grateful to have you wonderful human beans/beings in my life. Thank you, I love you and it's been real!

NPOV

Danny and Ali are sitting in Dan's car outside of hospital. Danny is searching something on his phone while Ali is looking between the hospital and the starry night sky. There's a tense silence filing the air, and they both know why.

AS- You know why this happened right?
D- Yeah. She's back.
AS- We have to find her before she physically gets to Ally.
D- I know.
AS- You remember the rule for if this happened?
D- Don't let Danny go off doing his own thing.
AS- Alright Dan, we gotta go before the sun comes up.

Danny started the car enraged. He never liked Tina, though that may not be entirely true he never had a completely safe feeling around her. He never knew why until he found Ally passed out bruised and beaten in the bathroom a year ago. He picked her up and ran to his car driving Ally to the hospital where he made sure Tina wouldn't be able to visit her. Not like she even bothered. When it comes to Ally Danny is extremely protective of her. Ali found out about the incident through Danny only minutes after it happened. Before she went to the hospital she went to Tina's house to confront her, but when she got there Tina was gone despite leaving behind all of her things she only took what seemed to be the essentials.

AS- Danny calm down. You can't go in here pissed off and hulking out on everyone.

Danny hadn't realized that he was gripping the steering wheel hard enough for his knuckles to turn white. He released his grip on the wheel and calmed himself a little.

AS- Are you sure you're ready?
D- It's now or never.

They got out of the car standing outside of what used to be Tina's house. It hadn't been bought because Danny had some friends board it up so it looked exactly like it did the previous year. Anytime Danny tried to come here previously to investigate more into what happened, but would instead sit in the driveway eventually driving off. But this time he believes he has enough courage to face the past.

AS- The sooner we check the place out the sooner we'll get a lead on where she is, and the sooner we can leave. Deal?
D- Deal. Hey Spags?
AS- What's wrong?
D- How are you so calm about this? Why aren't you angry like me?
A- I don't know honestly.

That was the truth Ali wasn't sure why she wasn't angry and ready to beat Tina black and blue when she sees her. Ali isn't a violent person but if you push her far enough she could land a few solid hits that would make even the bravest of the brave cower in fear.

AS- I guess when the time comes I'll be angry. Maybe angrier than you Dan.
D- *Laughs* I can't wait to see that day.

The friends entered the home it was still a horrid mess but there was a strange scent in the air. Well they wouldn't call the scent strange but it was fresh, soap fresh. It was as if someone were in the process of taking a shower. The two made their way toward the bathroom and sure enough there was a person taking a shower. They stared whisper yelling at each other trying to figure out what to do.

AS- Danny go in there.
D- I'm not going in there they could kill me on sight. You go.
AS- And risk getting killed? Hell no.
D- Well what are we supposed to do Ali?
AS- Just jump 'em.
D- Are you trying to kill us?
AS- Do you have a better plan?
D- As a matter of fact I do.

Danny whispers his plan to Ali then hides in the closet of the bathroom while Ali hid in the kitchen. Seconds later the shower stopped and the figure stepped out. It was a female voice humming what sounded like a  Halsey song. The woman got dressed and made her way to the front of the house with Danny following behind quietly like a ninja in the night. The woman stopped in front of the living room. Then grabbed an apple off of the kitchen counter when she suddenly heard a male voice shout

D- Spags now!

Ali jumped over the counter pouncing onto the woman sending them both to the ground. While Ali held the squirming woman down Danny tied her wrists and ankles up so she couldn't escape and sat her on a couch.

D- Who are you and why are you here?

The woman flips her hair out of her face and looks between Danny and Ali.

??- Danny, Ali! Nice to know you guys haven't changed at all. *chuckles*
AS+D- Torey?!?!
T- Hehe in the flesh.
AS- How did you get in here?
T- I'll fill you in if you could just untie me.
