~Armin's POV~
I nearly tripped as I walked into Starbucks. Luckily, my friend Marco caught me before I fell flat on my face.
"Sorry Armin! I wasn't paying attention!" Marco practically yelled in my ear.
"Yeah I could tell." I said gruffly as I grabbed around for Marco.
Maybe I should explain something. I'm blind. So thus the reason I tripped. Now, I don't have a problem with not being able to see, I can still hear people, and listen to music so I don't think it's that bad. My "eyes" - also known as my best friends Marco- has always been there to help me out.
We go to Starbucks every Saturday morning and after we go to the park and do whatever. The guy who takes orders is always the same, his name is Jean, and Marco has a- as he likes to put it- "slight" crush on him. Jean is nice enough and then there is Sasha. She steals the pastries out of the display case all the time.
I'm almost positive there is another person working there but I've never heard he/she/them speak. Marco has never talked about another person working there but I just have this feeling.
Now, I never thought I would meet this person. That is, until today.

After we finally made it into Starbucks without causing too much traffic at the door, we waited in line. Marco nudged me a bit each time we had to move up the line. I was informed by Marco that we were close to the front of the line when I heard Jean.
"Oh my god I can't believe Sasha is out today, on like the worlds busiest day!" The atmosphere in the small coffee shop was chaotic.
When we finally arrived at the front of the line we were greeted with silence, well that and Jean screaming about a million different names along with different types of coffee. Jean only paused for a little bit to say "Eren! I'm dying here could you please take these peoples orders?"
There was no answer but I realised there was someone waiting to take our order.
~Marco's POV~
There was a boy that looked a out our age that walked up to the register, and man, he looked nervous. He had huge green-blue coloured eyes and crazy brown hair. The boy, who's name tag read "Eren" smiled slightly and searched for something until he finally pulled out a pen and paper and started writing.
When Eren held it out to Armin I quickly grabbed it and read 'hello! May I take you order?'
"Um... Yeah... I would like uh... A tall chai latte. How about you Armin?" I asked the small blonde next to me.
Armin looked utterly confused. "Uh... Right may I have a tall pumpkin spice latte?"
Eren had a slightly envious look on his face as he started to write his reply, but was interrupted by Jean. "Yeah that'll be 8.67." We quickly payed and waited for our coffee.
~Armin's POV~
We sat down at a table and I immediately had to ask "who the hell were you talking to!?"
"Um... His name is Eren, he works here..." Marco said, trailing off. He was obviously just as confused.
After about two minutes Jean called our names and we grabbed are coffee, then went to the park to walk around, just like every Saturday.
~-~
It was 12:43 when we got to my apartment. Marco said a quick goodbye and retreated into his apartment right next door, but I didn't go inside and relax, I went back to Starbucks to find out who this 'Eren' was.
