Namjoon

I never intended for this to go so far, I never even thought that she would have this affect on me. She's a human and I...I'm a monster. Her scent engulfs me at times and at any moment it feels as if I could lose control but at the same time these human emotions take over. She never questions me or asks me about the other ghouls...well except my friends. I wish I could introduce her but I know how they'd all react, Jin and Taehyung would be nice but the rest...

I sighed.

"What's troubling you Namjoon?"

"Nothing..." I said.

"You haven't eaten anything all day. There's plenty of human to go around~"

"No thanks" I shook my head. "Looks too fatty"

"I usually take that stuff off, I only like the lean meat"

"Jimin, you do realize there isn't such a thing as 'lean' meat on a human" I said.

He ripped off the flesh.

My stomach growled and my mouth began to water.

No...I can't.

"You sure you don't want some? It's so juicy and tender" he licked the dripping blood off of his lips.

"I'm sure." I said.

"Jungkook! Don't eat that shit! You'll get a stomach ache!" Jimin called out.

"Shut up!" Jungkook said and kept ripping the corpse apart.

"I call the calf muscle!" Hoseok said.

"No way! That's mine!" Jin said.

"I killed them therefore I get to pick what I want to eat next" Yoongi said.

"Oh fuck you Yoongi, We all helped!" Jungkook growled.

Jungkook was the most savage of the 7 of us. His killer instincts haven't gotten under control yet and he gets very competitive also easily threatened.

"Mm~ That was good. I'm gonna get seconds, you sure you don't want any?"

Just the smell of the blood had my instincts on egde. The thrill of hunting down a human...it was an incredible rush. The excitement of the chase and kill...

I licked my lips.

"Quit being a pussy and eat Namjoon. What are you on a diet?" Yoongi asked.

"Yeah, lately all you've been eating is squirrels and other pieces of shit like that. It doesn't satisfy you and you know it." Hoseok said.

But...Luna...

I didn't promise her I'd stop eating humans but she's a human. That would be like...

"Here, catch" Yoongi said as he tossed me an arm.

I caught it and my mouth watered.

Yes.

I bit into it and ripped the flesh off. It was delicious, the most decadent thing I've had in months. I wanted more...

"Yo Namjoon come eat more man. There's plenty of human to go around~" Jin said.

I smiled. "Move over ladies."

Yoongi patted my back. "That's the Namjoon I know. Next time you'll hunt, it'll be like before. Why'd you start eating animals anyway, no one likes that bullshit it doesn't even taste good."

"You're right, it tastes like shit" I said as I ripped some flesh off of the course and stuffed my face.

Ah~ this is exactly what I needed. The animal substitution wasn't really working out for me.
