Ashton came on his own the next day, coincidentally taking up yesterday's seat. "Just a decaf please", he said when he felt the presence of the employee beside him taking out his notepad.
     "Anything else?", he asked Ashton.
He blankly stared straight in front, "Hmm... actually yeah. The girl that's a regular customer here, tell me if you see her."
"You mean y/n? A'ight", it was Joe serving him who then nodded after taking his order. He spun around, dashing across the place to reach new customers. The windchime made noise moments after, just as he was writing down more notes and you walked up to the counter. You slammed your elbows on it, and looked over your shoulder. Joe motioned catching your eye and he let you know he'll be right over. He went through the orders once more before pacing over to you.
He subtly leaned in, then spoke to you quietly, "Hey, umm.. someone's looking for you." He jerked his head over to the corner, "That blind kid." You sighed, "His name is Ashton, and thanks." You grabbed your coffee with milk and made your way towards him.

The screeching chair got him to smile, "Y/n?"
You sadly look at him but make yourself sound cheerful, "It's me." He exhaled relieved, "I'm glad you came." You snigger dropping a rhetorical question, "Of course, why wouldn't I?" He sighs, "Luck is usually not on my side when it comes to girls. Let alone beautiful girls."
You take his warm hand into yours across the table, "Hey, I may not be much, but your luck has turned around."
He smiled softly, "Oh, but you are." Ashton stopped thoughtfully. His bright eyes wandered off, staring into nothing. You noticed his forehead slowly starting to crinkle.

"What are you thinking about?", you ask, taking a sip of your now colder coffee.
"Y/N... what do I look like?", his glass-like eyes were going around as if he watched the place and you put down the big mug. Why, out of all people, did you get hit with this question?
"You're really cute. You've got an award winning smile and dimples and you've got nice hair", you can't believe your own words, but you realise they're the truth. He giggled happily, "Really?"
His contagious mood got you cheered up too, "Really."
"Well, thanks for letting me know", he jokes.
"No worries, Ash", you smiled big. He chuckled again, "Ash? Already nicknaming me?" You mockingly defend yourself, "Well if you don't mind."
"No, not at all", he paused drinking up his decaf. "Y/N, can I touch your face?", he frowns, "I know that's weird, but there's no other way I can try and picture what you look like."
Speechless, you take his hands, softly stroking them with your thumb letting him know you're okay with it and put them on your cheekbones. You let him do the exploring himself. His fingertips gently travelled across your face and ended with your jawline.
"Well then", you say, "First impressions?"
He looked stunned, "Wow, they were right. You are beautiful."
You blush instantly, wondering, "Who was?" He realised he blurted out something he shouldn't have, "My mates that were here last time."
"Oh", you scratch the side of your nose, thinking you made the sitation slightly uneasy. A corner of his mouth pulled into a smirk, which was almost disappointed, "Ha, yeah." However, he was fast to fix that.

"Can I... do that again?", he stuttered, "I'm afraid I forgot your angelic face by now."
You chuckled, "Sure." You brought his hands up to your face again with care. He caressed it, smiling at every inch. His fingers trailed over your lip, and he leaned over. He clumsily dug his long fingers into your hair and pressed his forehead against yours. "Sorry", he whispered with eyes closed.
"It's okay", you said under your breath as he carefully placed a time stopping kiss on your lips. For a second, you were frozen in that moment. It took him just as long to react and sit back down.

You could clearly see he was blushing, not noticing you were, too.
