"I am warning you again, Ashton! Stop it!" I yelled at Ashton in annoyance but he just smirked at me.
You must be confused at why I was so angry at Ashton.
Like what could he had done to annoy the hell out of me.
But he did.
And it was very annoying.
We were in the sea with my waist nearly touching the top of the water while the water only reached Ashton's upper thigh.
I was that short. Blamed my genes.
Nah, jokes. My brother was as tall as Ashton so it was not my parent's fault. I was just destined to be short or average.
Back to why I was annoyed with Ashton.
Just a few minutes ago before my second warning, he was splashing water at me. I hated it because the water was getting into my eyes and it stung.
But after a while, it was alright. They didn't hurt a lot. I was just being over dramatic.
I was always the drama queen in the family. Even a small cut on my skin, it would be like hell for me. I would be screaming in pain.
So for revenge, I just splashed more water back at him.
And soon after that, we thought to play a game which was: a water fight. With boys vs girls. We had a bet too. If the girls won, we would get a piggyback ride from the boys around the beach. If the boys won, we would give them a kiss on the cheek. Easy. And by winning, I meant that the opposition had to get the band that was wrapped around the leader's wrist. While the other team mates would had to defend their leaders.
The leader of the girl's team was Hayley and the boy's was Alex. No surprise there.
But surprisingly, we had water guns as well. It was Alex who brought them. He was always the prepared one.
Everyone was then given a water gun each. Hayley put on her band and Alex did the same. I saw that Hayley was smirking at Alex while Alex just shrugged. Hayley can be a little bit competitive in games. Alex was a free spirit so he always went with the flow.
"Are you all ready, girls?" Hayley asked, looking at all of us, girls. The girls were all facing the boys in a straight line. I was standing in front of Ashton with Hayley and Lia beside me.
"Yes!" We all yelled back in reply with a confident tone.
Alex smirked. "Boys, let's show them what we can do." The boys all had a devilish smile on their face. Ashton even blew a kiss which I caught it but stomp it on the ground with my feet. I was also very competitive in games even if he was my boyfriend.
"Bring it on!" Hayley said and that marked the start of our water fight.
I filled my water gun as quickly as possible while getting hit with water by Ashton's water gun. I endured it and tried to run around, to hopefully avoid Ashton. But he was like a glue. It was hard to get rid of him. When my water gun was filled, I quickly shot it back at Ashton and I saw he was refilling his.
Payback!
While shooting at Ashton, I looked around at my surroundings. I saw Hayley was hiding behind Lia as she refilled her water gun. Lia was shooting at her enemy who was Marco. Nick was protecting Alex from Layla. All of us girls could be very competitive in games. Even shy Layla. And there were 2 boys against one girl. I decided I would back up her but with Ashton here, I doubt it.
