I can't believed I was back home for good.

I missed it so much. Mum and dad even Alex, the annoying big brother he was.

But, a strange feeling in my gut told me that this holiday would be bad.

Maybe a chaos even.

And after the recent incident, with annoying Ashton, I would guarantee you that this holiday would be hell.

But who knows what will actually happen?

---
1 hour earlier~~

I stood in front of the counter and gave my ticket to let the person to check it

I was so excited and happy to be going back home. Just another 3 hours and I would be back in my hometown, Roseville.

I missed it so much. Even though, 6 months ago, I had been back there once during the winter holidays.

Home was still the best for me although I loved my dorm room. It just never felt right in my dorm room. Nothing like my very own bedroom back home.

"Erm.. Miss Galen. I am afraid I could not let you in to the flight. As it stated here, you are supposed to be an old lady not a young lady like you are now." The counter person with a name tag wrote Sam, said.

"Wait, you must had gotten it wrong, I was pretty sure I double chec-."

Then, I remembered that I was thinking to order a flight ticket back which I somehow told Ashton. He then told me he had already gotten a flight ticket for me. For my so called welcome back gift. My ass, that bastard.

"It says here, that your birthday is on the 25th December 1957 and your name is Elise Hayley Galen. Flight JK768, flying at 3:30pm to Roseville." Sam explained and I listened.

The only difference was the stupid year of my birthday. Stupid Ashton.

"Would I be able to change the details?" I asked but with no hope.

"Sorry you would not be able to, Miss Galen. Only the person who ordered the ticket could change the details." Sam said with a weak smile.

"Thanks. I will contact the person and I will get back to you." I gave her a smile and drag my luggages towards the side to allow the next person to speak with Sam.

I took my phone out of my pocket and angrily pressed that bastard's number. I waited, tap my foot as it rang and rang.

"El? Hi!" He finally answered and sounded very excited while I was mad. But I was not going to show it until the end.

"Hi, Ashton. Who else do you think it is? Of course it's me, Ellie." I replied calmly with an overrated sweet tone in my voice.

"So why did you called?" He laughed as if he knew why I called. Of course, he knew because I was going to kill him.

"You know why, Ashy." Still with my sweet voice and adding that annoying nickname that I gave him. Perfecto!

"I don't know why, Elephant. Tell me why." His voice still filled with humor.

"Well you bastard!! Change my birth year back right now! Or I will miss my flight and I will blame it all on you!! I will also get my brother to kick you in the ass!!" I screamed in frustration. It was so loud that people were turning their heads to see me, the crazy lady in the airport probably screaming at her boyfriend or something.

But let me get this clear. Ashton, that bastard, was not, I repeat, not my boyfriend. He was my childhood friend. One annoying one.

"El, you are so nice when you ask someone for help. But I haven't hear the word please yet. And also, your brother loves me like his own little brother so he would not do that." I could feel he was smirking on the other side of the phone.

"Well, oh mighty Ashy Girly Ashton, could you please change my details so I am not mistaken as an old lady? I beg you, oh mighty bastard." I said with so much sarcasm that Ashton started to laugh.

"I should have recorded that except for the last bit. And by the way, I had already change it while we were speaking. I am smart, aren't I." His voice filled with pride and I hated it.

"Smart, my ass. And if you ever do this again, I will kick you where it hurts the next time I see you. Don't be surprise, sweetie." I emphasized the word, sweetie, in an overly sweet tone, just to annoy him.

"I won't be, darling. I can't wait to see you and El, let's stop the stupid nicknames. It is getting annoying." And he hung up the phone.

He hung up on me again.

"I hate him so much." I muttered, stomping on the ground like a child.

"Young love." Someone said.

I turned towards the sound and saw an old lady smiling at me.

"He is not my boyfriend." I said.

"He might be soon with how you two bickers over the phone." And I blushed.

Weird right, why the hell did I blushed? Who knew that it might had be an extra hot day.

"I hope you two will be together and see you, young lady." The old lady walked off with her luggages.

I sighed and began to queue up at the extra long line than before.

Stupid Ashton and his pranks.

I will get you back for it, Ashy.

Present Time

I stood outside of Roseville airport, waiting for my mum and dad to pick me up.

Then, I saw someone very familiar. Someone I had a phone call with just an hour ago. Someone I wanted to kill an hour ago.

To be honest, he looked good since I saw him last time 6 months ago. He had his hair dyed dirty blonde, cut short and spiked up. He was wearing a white short sleeves shirt with a black 3/4 shorts. You could see his muscles bulged under his shirt but not too much. His thighs were big and strong.

And why the hell was I looking at his thighs.

He walked towards me but before he could reached me, I ran and tackled him on the ground. I started to hit him in the arm and he was begging for mercy.

People were staring at us in a very bad position, with me sitting on top of Ashton's stomach.

Now, I felt awkward and embarrassed.

I stood up from Ashton and he smirked at me, knowing the situation, we were in, just a few seconds ago. I threw my bag at him while he tried to get up. Surprisingly, he caught it just in time.

"Well, El, what a great greeting from you. Do you miss me so much?" He wiggled his eyebrows up and down. I was so pissed off now.

"Ha ha ha, I was going to kill you but unluckily you didn't die." I glared at him.

"Aw, sad for you, I guess. Your mum and dad are busy so they told me to pick you up." He said as he took my luggages in his hand.

I walked off without saying anything while Ashton trailed behind me with my luggages.

We reached a silver Toyota car and Ashton placed my luggages at the back of the boot.

We both got into the car and drove off to the place where I called home.
