Maria's Pov

Thank god its not two yet, that's what time our kids get outta' school and we gotta' pick them up.

I drove in my range rover to my mom's Mansion which was only a ten minute drive, the way I was speeding swerving around cars I'mma' be there in no time hoping the police don't get in the way and stop me.

Call me crazy but when I get a bad feeling I'm always right, something bout' Gregory just don't seem right, someone's gonna' handle it, he will not keep my mom away from us any longer, I'm fed up I'm too grown fo' dis' bullshit, I already got enough on my plate, I ain't tryna' add nothing else on it but sometimes you just don't have a choice, not when it comes to family.

I pulled up at my mom's mansion and got out running too the double doors, I forgot Aaliyah and Keira came with me .

The door was locked, I opened the doors with my spare key and walked inside with Aaliyah and Keira behind me, it was quiet as fuck and cold, this don't feel like a happy home at all.

"MOM WHERE YOU AT?" Maria yelled but no one answered.

We walked around for a minute where everybody at, somebody, anybody this house too big for this.

I walked in their bedroom which is now the master bedroom and I walked in the bathroom.

I gasped and rushed to my mom in the tub with cuts bruises and blood all over her plus she was stripped down naked.

I shook her to wake up while tears streamed down my face, I can't lose my mom I already lost my dad, I can't loose her too.

My mom jumped out her unconsciousness and and looked frightened for her life and cried in pain.

"He did this to you didn't he." Maria said ready to kill, here comes that thugette side.

"He and his brother, I'm sorry baby." Mariah sobbed.

Keira and Aaliyah comforted me and tried helping my mom up she was in way too much pain

"See y'all found my bitch." Gregory said smoking a blunt in the door way.

Maria didn't know what came over her when she heard his voice

She stood up turned around and motioned for Aaliyah and Keira to move out the way

Maria rushed tackling him punching him but he was quick and threw her on the ground punching her

Aaliyah and Keira grabbed a knife each and started slicing his back with deep long cut, one thing you will not do is hurt their best friend, not in their presence, just signed your death certificate
