The two boys were spread out on the floor, Seungcheol in a corner while Jeonghan was sitting in the other corner. The black haired male looked at his neighbor, who was playing with his slender fingers.

Ever since Seungcheol has moved into his tiny apartment, he couldn't help but notice how beautiful Jeonghan was. His beauty was out of this world; the boy seeming unreal. Of course, he was real, and that made Seungcheol wonder if the boy might be an angel– as stupid as it sounded.

Even though Seungcheol found him beautiful, it made him hate on the younger. He had seen the people trailing behind him at university, all acting like he was some God they needed to worship. The long-haired male seemed to enjoy all the attention he was getting, playing along with the small fan club he had at university. It made the older angry for some reason.

It hadn't been an hour since the two were locked up in this elevator. While Seungcheol felt calm, Jeonghan was scared. He didn't have any phobia, but the younger had watched so many horror movies, that he thought he would die. There were three options; either he starves to death, the elevator crashes somehow or Seungcheol decides to kill him and eat his inside.

As disgusting as it sounded, just thinking about food made the younger crave for food. He hadn't eaten since today morning, and it could take him some time until he gets to see some food. Suddenly he remembered Seungcheol's grocery bag, wondering if the older would give him some of the food.

"Um... Seungcheol?" he asked quietly, almost inaudible.

"Yeah?" Even though he was surprised at the mention of the name, Seungcheol tried to stay cool.

"I know this is kind of rude and all, but do you have anything I could eat?" he questioned.

Seungcheol knew that Jeonghan was talking about his grocery bag. If it was any other person, he might have agreed to it. But Jeonghan wasn't any other person. He was still Jeonghan, the beautiful guy who thinks he is better than everyone else, just because he looks like he came straight out of an anime. "No," Seungcheol answered coldly, turning his attention to anywhere but Jeonghan.

His neighbor couldn't believe what he had answered. He was starving, about to die, and the older wouldn't even share his food. It wasn't like they weren't going to get out by today night, so he shouldn't act all cocky and not give Jeonghan some of his food. If Jeonghan had to, he would even pay him back.

"No? I will even pay you back for the food or invite you out. Please, I'm starving." Jeonghan begged, inching closer to his neighbor.

"No means no." Seungcheol muttered, pressing his grocery bag closer to his body. He could see how Jeonghan was eyeing it hungrily, probably wanting to steal it when he wasn't aware of it.

The younger puffed his cheeks, crossing his arms over his chest. As Seungcheol watched him, he couldn't help but think that he looked cute when he was mad. He quickly shook the thought out of his head, reminding himself that he hated Jeonghan.

But still... was it right for him to keep all his food just because he hated the guy in front of him? If he died in this elevator because he was starving, it would be his fault and he wouldn't be able to defend himself if the police ask him. After all, he had a grocery bag with him which was filled with food. Maybe, just maybe, Seungcheol would think about it again.

Meanwhile, Seungcheol debated inside his head if he should feed his annoying neighbor, Jeonghan prayed to God that he would get out of the elevator fast. He couldn't take the hunger anymore. If he won't get food inside of him in the next twenty minutes, he will probably eat his shirt.

He knelt down, clutching his hands against each other while whispering, "Oh holy Jisoos, Lord of the Food and-"

"What are you doing?" Seungcheol questioned, butting in into his prayer.

"Praying to God to get out of here. Now don't talk," Jeonghan snapped. "Please save me from this eternal hell I got into, I don't deserve it. I'm a good person– an angel even. I promise I will become an even better person after you get me out of here. I will help the old lady who always buys a bunch of bread at the bakery with carrying her bags, I will help the baker make food and most importantly, I will help everyone to appreciate the blessing and beauty that I am, that you have created."

Seungcheol scoffed at that, making the younger look at him. He wasn't just incredibly cocky, but stupid too. Seungcheol wondered how Jeonghan even got into the university they went. It wasn't as famous as Seoul University, but nevertheless, it was one of the elite universities in the nation.

"You, a blessing and a beauty? Will you stop being such an ass and do something for this world that is really important? You know, like donating money to the poor, help out in food shelters and fight for equal rights between men and women, heterosexuals and homosexuals and so on. But no, instead you want to bless people with your beauty. I rather go to hell than be blessed by you." When Seungcheol was finished with his rant, Jeonghan was completely in the loss for words.

"I- I'm sorry." Jeonghan apologized, at last, feeling embarrassed by his prayers. He wondered if Seungcheol helped out at food shelters, donated money to the poor and fought for equal rights.

An awkward silence was between the two. No one said anything, too absorbed in their own thoughts. That was until Jeonghan's stomach started to let out a strange noise, a noise that resembled the growl of a wolf. He held his stomach, feeling his face heat up.

The older sighed, passing his grocery bag to his neighbor. "Here, eat whatever you want. It sounds like you will die if you won't eat anything." Seungcheol said.

"I- uh- are you sure?" Jeonghan bit his lower lip. Seungcheol looked away, finding that gesture extremely attractive. Jeonghan thought that he looked away because he was regretting his decision of sharing his food. He felt guilty for being such a bad human being. After everything Seungcheol had said, it made him wonder if he really was the angel he thought he is.

"I am. Now eat." he confirmed.

Thankful for the food, Jeonghan looked inside the bag. He took out the newly bought package of toast, opening it and taking a slice out of its package. "Thank you." he thanked him shyly while munching on the bread slice.

"No problem." Seungcheol said, running a hand through his thick hair.

Silence filled the small space again. While Jeonghan ate his toast slice, Seungcheol played games on his phone.  "I think you are right," Jeonghan suddenly spoke up. Seungcheol paused his game, looking questioningly at the long haired dude. "I'm not that beautiful, huh? There's a bunch of idols that look so much better than me, and here I am, always bragging about my looks. Instead of doing that, I should do something productive that's worth bragging about. As soon as I get out of here, I will sign up to work at food shelters for free every Sunday. And when I finish studying and get a proper job, not one that underpays me, I will donate as much money as I can. And maybe all my followers on my social media accounts can help me to fight for equal rights." Jeonghan said.

"I- well, that's a good idea." Seungcheol admitted. He was glad that he could knock some sense into the boy. Though, when he said that he wasn't beautiful, he sounded sad. People always compliment him on his looks, and here Seungcheol was, lying to him and telling him that he wasn't beautiful. It definitely broke Jeonghan's self-esteem. He had no idea why he cared what that jerk thought of him, but somehow he does. And somehow, he managed to change his views on this world fast.

"By the way, thank you for the food." He smiled sweetly at the boy. Seungcheol smiled back, turning back to his game on his phone.
