Chapter 23

Zayn's POV

My heart was racing as I drove the car through Ireland. The whole time I couldn't help but worry about everyone.

"Left on gateway rd," the GPS said. I did as it told.

" It says we'll be there in 2 minutes," Liam said looking at the GPS. I nodded slowly keeping my eyes on the rode. The GPS gave me a few more instructions.

" You have reached your destination," the GPS said as Liam quickly turned it off.

I looked up at the large brick building. It looked to be an old jail. The whole building had a large fence around it. Great just what I needed to add to my day. I thought to myself.

I opened my door slowly, taking my feet out of the car and placing them on the blacktop. Liam did the same as me and got out of the car.

We both walked up to the fence looking at each other and wondering how to get over it. I put my foot ok the fence and then my hand and began to climb.

"What are you doing?" Liam asked.

"Climbing the fence? You have a better idea?" I asked climbing higher.

"Yeah actually, its unlocked," he said pointing towards the fence. I looked down at the ground feeling dumb. I got backed down as Liam opened the fence to let us both through.

Liam walked up to the entrance and I quickly followed. I began to take in the building more. It definitely looked like one of those places in movies where people take the person the kidnapped to. Which is kind of dumb because I think that would be the first place someone would look...

"Follow me," Liam said motioning for me to follow. Since when does he get to be the leader? I thought to myself. I guess he should be though because I thought the gate was locked...

I followed in after Liam. Watching as he moved from place to place checking his surroundings. We came to a dimmed hallway. Liam walked into it while I followed behind him.

Lacy's POV

I sat down next to Louis. My heart racing a bit as we waited for Liam and Zayn.

Half of me thought that they were going to come and everything was going to be alright. While the other half told me they weren't going to come. We'd be left here.

I let a single tear escape my eye. Then a another one followed. I heard foot steps walk towards me, but I didn't look up. The person in front of me knelt down showing his face. He whipped away my tears with his thumb.

"Lacy, it's going to be okay, Liam and Zayn are going to come," Harry said sitting next to me and wrapping his arms around my waist. He brought his head down and rested it on my shoulder. It fitting perfectly in the crook of my neck. His soft curls tickling me.

The door to the room clicked open. Patricia walked in with an evil look on her face until she looked at me.

"What's that?" She asked pointing to my hand as she walked closer. I looked down at my hand realizing that Kelly's phone was still in my hand.

Harry's head lifted from my shoulder as he looked down at my hand. He had a worried look on his face. I looked over at Patricia who was now standing in front of me.

"Uhh, it's a uhh," I was interrupted.

" A phone? " she asked grabbing it out of my hand and looking at it. Her face began to look worried. I guessed that she read the message I sent to Liam.

Patricia quickly clicked something on the phone and put it to her head. She pulled something out from underneath her belt, a gun.

Liam's POV

Zayn and I are walking around this building in search of everyone. I kind of took the lead and made Zayn follow me. I was going to follow him but he climbed over the fence when it was unlocked. So he lost his chance.

I'm pretty much walking wherever my feet take me. How am I supposed to know where to go? My feet take me into a dimmed hallway.

I look to my side an see a room with a bed a tv and chains on the wall. There seems so be blood on the floor. I thought nothing of it and kept walking on.

My phone began to ring. I picked it up checking the number and not recognizing it, but I answered it anyway.

"Hello?" I whispered into the phone afraid that someone would hear me.

"Oh, Hi Liam," someone said over the other line.

"Who's this?" I asked still walking through this hall.

" Patricia of course," she laughed.

"What did you do with my friends?" I asked.

"Nothing yet," she laughed. I began to pick up my speed.

"Don't touch them," I said with a tear escaping my eye.

"Too late," She said on the other line of the phone. I heard a loud bang like a gun shot then a bunch of screams.

The rest of this felt like it went in slow motion.

My phone that I was once holding in my hand fell to the floor with a thud.

My heart rate picked up while I began to run faster.

The one tear that escaped my eyes is now pools of tears.

"L-liam, what h-happened?" I heard Zayn stutter from behind me. I didn't answer. All I could do was run faster.

The screams and crying from everyone became Lauder. Indicating that we were getting closer. My heart beat picked up as we got closer, more fear coming into my body.

We reached a room with a steal door. I quickly turned the knob and pushed it open. While doing so a pushed someone over. I looked behind the door to find Patricia knocked out cold on the floor.

My body turns to look near the corner of the room. I saw Louis lying down with blood coming out of his chest. Every one was huddled around him. My tears came out more like oceans, everything became blurry.

"Liam!" I heard Niall shout in fear. All that I remember was a sharp pain shooting through my back, then I blacked out.

so I'm updating on my phone today to no bold or italics.

This is a little short but it's definitely action packed!!

Is Louis going to be okay? I actually feel bad about all this stuff that's happening to Louis... I'm sorry Louis!

Will Liam be okay?

And the biggest question of all is where's Zayn? Haha get it? No. ok.
