Hello, I will be writing in Ciel's point of view for this chapter🐕😁

Ciel's POV

I woke up with a terrible headache. My arms were bound together behind me and my  legs were bound together also. I opened my eyes with effort and blinked furiously to get a better sense of my surroundings, only to see an endless sea of black. Great, I have a bag over my head, I thought. I yanked at my wrists but found them bound to another pair of hands.
"Cana?" I whispered. I nudged the lifeless body next to me. There was no response.
"Cana?" I pushed her harder. There was a loud thump before a weak voice cried out.
"Where am I?"
"Cana, are you alright?"
"...Ciel?" She asked unsurely. I turned my head in the direction of her voice.
" It's me, can you untie the binds?" I asked. I felt her hands around mine as she felt around the roped before they stopped moving.
"Yeah, I can, really easily, but why don't you just call for Sebastian?" I heard her ask.
" I have to figure out who's behind this, he or she could be a threat to the Queen," I answered. Sweat began trickling down my face as the temperature suddenly increased. "I'll tell you when to untie them," I added. She scoffed.
" What a faithful dog," she said. I smirked.
"What else would I be?" I teased. Suddenly, a loud slam was heard and the bag on my head was roughly removed. I looked up to see an old man sneering at me.
"Azzuro Vanel of the Ferro family," I muttered. Canna thrashed behind me.
"What are you doing?" I whispered lowly to her. There was no reply, and I soon found that she was no longer bound to me. Two men standing on both sides of Cana held her up as they walked into my line of sight. She kept up her front, thrashing around like a weak child. I knew she could immediately disable them but was acting weak so that I could discover why Azzuro had kidnapped the two of us.
"You know, it isn't easy to earn money with all the regulations now, especially with a certain dog running around the city," Azzuro said pointedly. "But you know, I caught a rumor that the dog had somehow gotten hold of these...goods," I looked up at him emotionlessly. Azzuro motioned for the two men to step closer. He pulled a dagger out of his pocket just as the two men pushed Cana forward.
"Tell me, where has the dog left his treats?" Azzuro asked, roughly pulling Cana against his chest and holding the knife to her throat. I could feel my heart speeding up but kept a calm exterior. Cana glared at me through her hanging hair. She was a good fighter, but she didn't have magical powers. 'Panicking now?' I thought before seeing her lips move.
'Is it time yet?" She mouthed. I simply smirked, enjoying her rather awkward predicament. Azzuro frowned as I refused  to answer. He dragged the knife slowly along Cana's throat. "I'm sure you know," he added. When he saw that I wouldn't answer him, he threw Cana to the floor and growled. Crossing the room to pull a telephone off the wall, he glared daggers at the two of us.
"Negotiations are over. Kill the servants and get what I asked for," Azzuro spat in the phone. Throwing the phone back onto its stand, he crossed the room in four quick strides and pulled his leg back to kick me. As his pricey shoe neared my face, Cana darted in front of me and was thrown against the wall by the force of his kick. Azzuro attempted to kick me again, but Cana once again blocked it. I was suddenly brought back to a horrid memory from that place.

"Cana!" As the group of nobles reached towards me, a dark flash darted in front of me and launched itself  at them. The nobles grabbed Cana and dragged her off to torture her.
Later that night, I was sitting in our cell alone when the nobles walked back, Cana in tow.
"Ciel," she mumbled before passing out. She had numerous flesh wounds decorating her back and legs, and no doubt a number of them were infected.
"Why do you keep doing this?" I asked, eyeing her wounds. She smiled weakly before wincing.
"You're the only one left that I can rely on. I protect you, you protect me, forever," Cana sighed before collapsing on the floor. I watched her sleeping form sadly.
" Forever," I echoed.

I watched in horror as Azzuro repeatedly kicked Cana. Just as I was about to launch myself at him, the phone rang, a shrill deafening sound. Azzuro scowled deeply and jogged to the phone.
"What is it?" He snapped. I watched as Azzurro face grew from angry to terrified. A screaming sound was heard before everything was silent.
"What's going on?" He yelled into the phone. A long silence followed before someone spoke up.
"Hello, is my master there?"  Azzuro stared at the phone angrily.
"Who is this?" He yelled.
"I am the butler of the Phantomhive name," Cana crawled over to me weakly.
"You owe me for this," she murmured before passing out.
"Is my master there?" Sebastian asked. I smirked.
"Woof," I barked
"I understand," Sebastian answered. He soon hung up and Azzuro stared at the phone in disbelief. He threw the phone onto the floor and stalked out of the room. As soon as he left, I scootched closer to Cana and nudged her softly.
"Cana," I whispered. " Are you alright?" A sigh was my only response. I responded with my own.
'Now all there's left to do is wait,' I mused.

Hello
I've decided I'm just going to continue writing short chapters like the, around 1000 words or so. Also, I won't be doing the verbal tics the characters have or fancy British talk because it's too tiring to do so. I hope you've enjoyed! Feedback is greatly appreciated. Mahalo!💃

Quote of the chapter: Woof
