Chapter 2

Flashback
Birds chirping,butterflies flying and the sun complimenting the wind.It was a very perfect day to go on a picnic.

"Taeyeon! Bomi! Don't go too far!" Mrs.Kim yell at her two daughter who keep running around "Minseok,why don't you join them?"

Minseok shook his head.He don't want to always play with his sisters since his classmates are already teasing him.He just watch intently at them,running towards them from time to time when his sisters accidentally trip or got hurt.

"Bomi! Let's go!" Taeyeon grab a hold of his little sister's small hand "There's a fountain right there!"

"Wait!" Miseok yelled "I'll come with you guys!" He took his shoes and was tying it but when he look up his sisters were gone.

"Unni," Bomi pout "We need to wait for oppa."

"It's fine." Taeyeon said proudly "I'm the oldest.I can handle the both of us better." She smile and keep running with Bomi following her.

"Unni! Unni!" Bomi yell "Slow down!" She tried to run beside her but she tripped.

Taeyeon look back with a sigh "Kim Bomi! Hurry up!" She grab her hands and helped her up.

"My knee is bleeding~" Bomi cried.

"It's nothing.Come on." Taeyeon started running again but stop at the unfamiliar place "Wait.Where are we?" She ask Bomi who's still sobbing.

"Unni! Are we lost?" Bomi's sob turn into a loud cry but her voice only echoed,no umma or appa.Not even a glimpse of Miseok.

"You two!" A camper called them.

Without thinking,Taeyeon run towards the guy "Bomi! Come here!" She called for her sister.Bomi obeyed hesitantly.

"What's the matter,kids?"

"We are lost." Taeyeon said "Can you help us?"

The guy look at Bomi "I'll carry your sister." She told Taeyeon "The way back is far."

Being so young,the two followed the guy without any doubt.

"This ain't the way I run to." Taeyeon halt angrily "Put Bomi down!" She declared,looking fiercely at the guy.

Taeyeon's P.O.V.
Looking around this place makes all that horrible memories come back.If I didn't force Bomi to follow me....If I waited for Minseok.....If only I listened to umma....

I sat down on the bench as my eyes started to get all teary but what's the point of crying when it all happened years ago.We don't even know if she's still alive.....

I lean on the bench with a heavy sigh.Why can't my family keep going? We were halted on that one memory that rules the way we live.

I close my eyes,breathing the fresh air when I heard someone groaning.I quickly stand up and look around only to find that Yoon Bomi looking like she's in pain.

Tsk! Bomi! She even have the same name as my sister!

Why would I care if something happens to her? I don't even know her so why help her?

Cause I'm still a living person,I approach her "What's wrong with you?" I ask,patting her back.

"I-I..." I was startled when she fell unconscious.I quickly call my driver to drive us to the nearest hospital.

Tsk! Such a nuisance!

"Are you her guardian?" The doctor ask.

Out of choice,I nodded my head "What's wrong with her?"

"I think that she's suffering from trauma." He explain "She might have saw something she wants to forget and it gave a big impact to her.She's fine now but still need a proper rest."

I nodded my head and bow politely as the doctor leave.

With a heavy step,I approach Bomi and sat next to her.Something in me was saying that I should help her...Something was pulling me towards her.

I poke her cheeks but she didn't move.I poke her over and over until she groan "W-wae???" She open her eyes then look at me for some seconds before reacting.

"T-Taeyeon-ssi?!" She sat up,blinking her eyes "Where am I?"

I roll my eyes and sat on the sofa across her bed "Hospital.You past out and UNFORTUNATELY I saw you and helped you."

She smile at me brightly "That's so nice of you.Gomawoyo~"

I throw death glares at her.What's her business? Can't she see that I'm very irritated? Why put that smile on? "Stop faking your smile.I don't need them!" I hollered.

She raise her eyebrows "I'm being sincere though." She smile once again then chuckle "You look really pretty Taeyeon-ssi.Stop frowning."

I roll my eyes "Why do you care?"

After that annoying day in the hospital...I thought I'll never see her again but...on the same place...she was there...crying.

"Oh! Taeyeon-ssi! You're here." She wipe her tears "We met again....here on the park."

I look at her from head to toe "What's your business? Break up with your boyfriend? Got dump by your crush? Got cheated on? Why are you crying here?" I ask continually.

She laugh as she stand up from the ground "Aniyo...This past few weeks...weird memories keep coming and it was on this exact same place." She took a deep breath then stare at me,examining my face.

I roll my eyes "Stop looking at me you weirdo." I hiss.What's her problem,looking at me so intently.

She look down,holding her head like she's in pain "It's Bomi..."

I don't want to say her name! I don't want to utter that name!

"Whatever!" I turn my back on her and was about to leave when she call after me.

"Taeyeon-unni..."

I face her once again and she was sobbing while looking at me "Did we met before?...even before that contest."

I raise my eyebrow,looking weirdly at her "No." I said shortly then leave her,calling after me.

Bomi's P.O.V.
A few days past and I was discharged from the hospital.My umma went here on Jeju so someone can look after me.

I'm still confuse about myself.The momment I step on that park...I start doubting my identity.Memories I don't know if really does exist keep flashing on my mind.

"Umma...why don't we look the same?" I ask,startling her.

She look surprised but let out an akward laugh "Maybe you're from your appa's side of the family."

Now...that was suspicious.I don't look like my appa either.

I let out a sigh and look at the plane ticket in my hand.We're going back to Busan in 3 hours.

"Umma," I cooed "Can I visit some place before we go?"

She think for a moment before nodding "Don't work yourself too much and be back before 10 AM."

Guess what? I went to the park again.I don't know but my feet bring me under a big tree where it feels really weird.

"Taeyeon! Bomi! Don't go too far!"

I cover my ears as I started hearing things.No one was around but I hear voices that seems very familiar.

"Taeyeon-unni!!! Help!! Please! Don't leave me!"

"I'm sorry....I'll come back...promise!"

Tears started escaping my eyes.I close my eyes but open them again cause I saw that family again! They were so happy but...it was fading away and changed by an image of a familiar girl,crying.

I wipe my tears when I felt a presence behind me and there I knew that she was the key to my hidden identity....my lost self.
