--Alex's POV--
I don't give a crap if he gets alerted. If he gets alerted he'll know that I'm leaving and never coming back. Asshole. He's not protecting me at all, I'm safer anywhere but here.
On my walk to Calum's house I begin to cry my eyes out. I miss my bed at home, my real home. I miss my mom. Hell I even miss my dad. I miss my best friend Parker.
"Alex? Why are you crying?" I didn't realize I was already to his house and he was sitting in the porch.
"I-I just miss my old home. Harry's being a jerk and I didn't know where else to go." I cry.
"You can stay here tonight if you want." He offers.
"Thank you." I hug him still crying.
"It's all good. My brothers at a friends house tonight." He walks me inside.
"I didn't know you had a brother. Oh wait, yeah I did."
"You hungry? Thirsty?" He asks and I sit down on the couch.
"Can I have some water?" I ask.
"Of course." He nods and walks into the kitchen.
He comes back with a glass of ice water and I thank him.
"So I wanted to talk to you about earlier today." He sits down next to me.
"What about earlier today?" I ask sipping my water.
"About how much I enjoyed it, but also how sorry I am." He sighs.
"Why are you sorry?" I raise my eyebrows.
"Well, I know you've got a lot going on and I don't want to pressure you into anything. Plus we haven't known each other that long." He stumbles on.
"You think I don't have time for a boyfriend? Is that what you think?" I ask.
"Yeah. I guess." He scratches the back of his head.
"I have all the time in the world." I laugh.
"Really? So you're saying-"
"I'd love to be your girlfriend Calum." I cut him off.
--Calum's POV--
Holy shit
Holy shit
"Holy shit." I finally speak causing Alex to giggle.
"What?" She asks.
"Nothing um, you wanna watch a movie." I ask.
"Sure." She smiles.
I go over and put some chick flick that I've never seen. I sit back on the couch and Alex lays on me and eventually falls asleep.
She's cute when she sleeps, that's very rare in anyone really.
"How on earth did I get so lucky?"
