CHAPTER FOUR

TINA'S POV

I didn't know what happen after PJ told me that I was pregnant except that she would tell Tom. Tom told me that when PJ got to me that 2 of my pups were already gone but that she was able to save both me and the other 3. He can't seem to be praising her enough. If it weren't for the fact his praising her was for saving me and our pups I might get a little jealous. He keeps thanking God for sending her when He did so that we are still here.

Tom has also informed me that everyone does indeed think she is Terrence's mate. Though they have met and actually worked together to save me neither one of them know it because she is masking. He told me all about Terrence thinking she was human and not recognizing her. I can understand this because since I have been here he is the brother I know the least. Don't get me wrong. I love him and I know that I can trust him. He has just been so busy with becoming a doctor we haven't been able to get better acquainted.

Tad, who is my boss as well as my brother n mate, says that before Terrence started medical school he was the brother all the girls wanted. Well let me rephrase that, all the non-power hungry girls or as Tad says the good girls. On their birthday all the girls had the biggest disappointed look after realizing that Terrence wasn't their mate. However, he also says Terrence never saw it.

According to Tad, Tom was too serious. I can understand that because he will take over the Alpha position on the day we marry. Yes, our wedding day is a big one. We will get married and then immediately following have the ceremony to transfer power to us as the Alpha couple and then the reception.

Tad was the brother always pulling pranks. He had plenty of 'girl' friends but he was too busy setting everyone up to get serious about anyone.

Terrence on the other hand, though he loved to have fun was also the first one to help someone. He was more laid back. He was the one that made sure no one in the pack was bullied. Even at a very young age he was helping everyone. He knew when to be serious and when to have fun.

I know that both Tom and Tad worry about Terrence because he has been, according to them, "too serious" lately. Me, however, I think I understand where Terrence is. I don't think he has changed like they seem to think because I have seen that twinkle in his eyes. I think he is just at a stage in his life when he thinks he has to be more serious. Maybe because he knows that everything he is learning now is so important and future lives depend on it.

I saw the same thing in PJ during certain parts of her training with her mom. I have never known a bigger prankster than PJ. Tad is the next closest but he can't even hold a candle to her. PJ went a full year without pulling a single prank after her mother and dad were killed. I thought I had lost my BFF but one day all the sudden she pulled the biggest prank of all on James and I knew everything would be alright. We talked later about it and she told me that during that year she was using all her brain power to remember, learn and prefect what her mom had taught her over the years so she would be able to do what she needed when the time came. I believe Terrence is like that. In my opinion they are the perfect couple and I can't wait to watch their romance.
