RECAP: "Princess what is it?" Terrence rushes over to me and as another pain hits me he takes a deep sniff.

"Oh no it's too soon." He says.

"What's too soon? Baby it hurts. What are you thinking?" I ask him.

"DAD!!!" Terrence screens.

CHAPTER 14 TOO SOON

TERRENCE'S POV

"Dad Please tell me this is not what I think it is? It's too soon!" I look at my father hoping he will deny it.

"Son, Princess isn't like most other she-wolves. I smell it and I am betting every wolf now within 10 miles in front of us and to each side of us smell it as well but considering how fast we were traveling I would also be any wolf within a 100 miles behind us are as well." My dad tells me.

"Dad What am I going to do? She is hurting?" I ask my dad.

"You're the doctor! What do you think you are going to do?" My dad says very sarcastically.

"Dad, you don't understand. We can't!" I say almost pleading.

"Son, I know this isn't the most idea place to mate but your mate is in pain and she will understand." My dad tells me.

"No Dad you don't understand. We really can't mate. It would kill us both in the end." I say trying to get him to understand.

"Son, I guess I don't understand. You are putting your mate through tremendous pain right now and you are telling me it will kill both of you if you fix it?" My dad says.

I bend down to my beautiful mate who like me and my dad are now in human form and lift her in my arms.

"Princess, baby, I will try to ease your pain as soon as possible but I can't stop it right now." It kills me to tell my baby this.

"Thalia, I need your help." I call back to her. "Please get PJ a shirt and some shorts out of that bag and help me get her dressed."

Thalia quickly runs behind a tree and changes clothes and then comes to help Princess. Dad, James and I shield her from the others although when I turn around to look at the team they have more or less already positioned themselves so they are facing out and in a circle around us.
