You smile sadly at the people in front of you. Dipper and Mabel were pushing each other around, laughing.

It was at this point that you had made a decision: you knew what Bill's plan was, and you had to delay it. You had to slow it down; there's no way that you can stop the chain of events that lead to Bill's release. And there's no way for you to fight against him when that time comes.

It's weird what you can think about when you look back on the people who don't remember you. No, you are not with the twins. As of now, you are in a world between. You are almost past the portal, but still in your realm. The only way that you can see your friends right now is through your power. You are looking into their future, the happier result of your sacrifice.

You look at Dipper one last time.

Funny; if things had turned out differently, maybe you would have...

No, don't think about that. You have much more pressing matters to think about. Like that bright light ahead of you.

"Sweet mother of--!!"

You shielded your head, preparing for impact. You felt a force ripping at your clothes, almost pushing you back.

Everything suddenly snapped into color, but your limbs were stiff and hard to move.

"Are you alright?" An old man's voice reached your ears, and you struggled to open your eyes.

"It's nice to finally meet you, Author..." Your sight was growing dim, but you needed to explain, to warn him. "Sir, we need to be prepared..."

|A/N: I'M DOOOOOONNNNNEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!! FINALLY, AFTER ALL THESE YEARS!! Seriously though, I've been writing this story for how long, two, three years? Whatever, the point is, I ACTUALLY FINISHED A LONG-TERM BOOK! TAKE THAT, WRITERS BLOCK!
Ok, guys, on to the real stuff: I'm sorry, but there will not be a sequel, because, in my experience, sequels SUUUUUUUUUUUCK!! So, of course, my sequel will probably be twice as bad. Besides, everything has been said and done for the show, and I don't like to mess around with the original plotline to create a new main character that has never existed on the show. Originally, I planned to have a second book to finish up a series, but I just want to be done. Besides, I lost my inspiration for the book, which is the reason why it took so long to finish. I didn't want to drag it out for longer than it needed to. Thank you all for reading this book, and for going through this journey with me.
