Ross's POV
It's been 7 months since Lauras been in the hospital, today is Christmas and I hope and pray that she wakes up today. I've been here every single day after school and every weekend I've even considered switching to home school just so I don't have to leave Laura's side. But I have total faith in God that Laura will wake up today, I just hope. This whole time has been difficult because I have to protect Laura because of her secret. Just them I grabbed her hand remembering all the fun times we had and that one swim we had that changed my life knowing that she would trust me with that secret. Just then I felt her grip my hand, SHE WAS RESPONDING! I didn't know what to do just then she opened her eyes and looked around, she saw me and started to cry. I was also crying "LAURA!" I said kissing her, she kissed back. "Ross! I'm so happy to see you, in my coma it was like a out of body experience, like I saw and heard everything but no one can see or hear me, thanks for protecting my secret, I'm just so happy to be ok." "Laura, you have no idea how much i missed you, I love you so freakin much!" "I love you too" "hey I need to go get the nurse I'll be right back love!" I said while still crying. I run to go get the nurse and she as well with the doctor go to help her.
