Trapped in Cosco

Chapter Two

Chris' POV:

I was fighting with my twin sister Callie about why we were staying in Cosco for how long this zombie apocalypse would last. I mean just our luck we've been living in this town for a week and bam! zombie apocalypse. And of coarse our mom gets infected with the virus. So I decided the safest place to go was Cosco. Suddenly I collided with a really pretty girl. I landed on top of her. For a moment I actually forgot why we were at Cosco and how suckish my life seemed.

"Um, can you get off of me. I can't breath" she said.

"Oh,ya", I got up, blushing," Sorry about that."

"No problem" she said smiling, "I'm Dani by the way" Her smile was beautiful. Actually everything about her was beautiful. Her hair was died red and she had amazing eyes.

"I'm Chris" I said.

"What kind of a girls name is Dani?" Callie said

"Callie!" I said giving her the death stare.

"It's short for Danica. Hello Callie and Chris" she said.

"Sorry for my sister's rudeness", I said, "Are you here to hide from the zombie apocalypse too?" Ugh, duh Chris. Why else would she be here I thought.

"Ya", Dani said, "I came here with my dog Cinnamon". A little dog came walking toward us. Dani lifted it up.

"Here she is."

"Cute dog." Callie said.

"Thanks," Dani said" I'm guessing you're new here because you're talking to me."

"Um, ya, we're also twins," Callie said.

"Really?" she asked," Wow you two seem totaly diffrent."

"People here don't talk to you?" she shook her head for yes, "why?"

"Maybe because she's a freak" Callie mumbled.

"Shut it, Callie" I whispered back.

"Oh this girl I used to be friends with started making rumors about me and bullied me. Everyone went along with her. Soon you will too. It always happens." Dani said with a sigh. Callie coughed said fake under her breath then coughed again.

"Okay Callie you go on thinking I'm fake. Everyone else does thanks to her. I'll just take this dog food bag and go to the other end of the store. Nice meeting you Chris," she said picking up a bag of opened dog food," Welcome to town Callie." She walked off with Cinnamon in tow and then she turned the corner.

"Why do you have to be so cold?" I asked.

"COLD!? She is SO fake!" Callie screamed.

"Oh I'm Dani  and my only friends a dog. my life's terrible boo-" she mimicked Dani(or tried) but I cut her off.

"Shut up Callie! She seemed really nice and you have to be a bitch to her"

"Did you just call me a BITCH! No, you don't think that. You just think she's pretty!"

"At first ya. But she also seems pretty nice and not fake. But no Queen Callie can't have it! Well guess what?! Go help yourself! I'm done trying to help you and you whine about HOW bad YOUR life is!" I yelled then stormed off but not before hearing Callie say:

"Okay jackass! I bet I can survive way better without you!"

Callie's POV:

Me? A bitch? No. Chris has no right to judge anyone. He's my twin brother he should defend me not that red headed freak. Okay maybe he was right. I shouldn't have been that mean. I guess. No. No Callie don't say it. No I- I have to. I guess I was kind of jealous of Dani. I mean she had pretty nice hair even if it was died that color and she was skinny. I wish I was that skinny. She's probably 100 pounds soaking wet. And for all those dirty minds out there I meant like when you jump in a pool with clothes on. I should go say sorry. Oh now I feel really bad. I went to go look for them and ended up colliding with a really hot guy.

"Ow Ugh this has got to stop happening," I mumbled.

"Ah! Zombie!" a girl shrieked hitting me with something probably her bag.

"I'm not a zombie!" I said in between hits.

"Oh sorry," the girl said,"But just in case-" she waked me on the head one more time.

"OW! Stop! I've got to go find my brother and apologize to a red head!" I got up and ran. Crazy chica. Although that boy was cute. But they're probably dating.

"Wait for us!" the girl said. Weird ass chica. She hits me with her bag but yet wants to follow me. This just made me run faster. Finally I made to the candy section where Chris, Dani, and Cinnamon were.

"Hey guys" I said, "I'm so sorry Dani for how I treated you."

"Okay. I know I might sound fake sometimes but I really am not fake," she said with a smile. Suddenly the weird girl and her boyfriend walked onto the aisle.

"Dani!?"

"TORI!?" Dani said with shock.
