chapter 20- Journey (Edited;';';';Kinda)

I sat in the back seat of Alex's car, my feet up on the back of the driver’s seat while tapping my finger on the door frame. "Toby, why are we waiting again?" I had been woken up extra early just to be rushed about plopped into a car and was now waiting for...something.

Toby's head leaned in from the gap between the two front seats. "I think we're waiting for Alex to do whatever he has to do. He didn't really tell me what it was just, ran off muttering something". He looked at my feet and then my hand. "You know, all the signs point towards you being bored, I can come back there and keep you company if you want". He gave a wink at the end and rested his head to the side.

Before I could answer him, which I really wanted to, the door across from me flung open, making both of us jump. Toby's head hit the top of the car and I had to hold back a laugh. His hand rubbed at the spot that he hit. "Awww, did it hurt? Want me to kiss it better?"

He gave a chuckle and shook his head. "No, but thanks for the offer babe, but I'm a werewolf. I wouldn't be very manly if I had to have a booboo kissed better now would I?" I laughed again at the tone of voice he used. It didn't help him and his 'manly' thing. And ‘booboo’, just screams I’m a man!

I was quickly distracted but the doors being closed. I looked over and gasped. "LILIA! What are you doing here?" She looked down to her hands and blushed. "A-Alex brought me here, S-something about needing morale support". I raised an eye brow, why would HE need morale support?

The driver’s side was soon filled and I found the right time to ask. "Uh, Alex why did you bring Lilia for morale support?" He froze up and looked at me from the mirror. "I-I-I-it’s for you, uh, the morale support that is".

I nodded and looked at Lilia. She seemed...off. "Lilia. Are you Ok? You look like something happened, did it?" She looked down at her hands then back at the boys in the front, "I'll tell you when we have some time to ourselves. I-I don't know if I should tell you with the guys there".

I nodded and looked at them. Both of the guys were talking over each other as Alex driving maded noise so they didn't hear us. The radio was playing as well and the engine was making a humming sound. It was that that made me notice we had already started to travel.

"When did we start moving?" Lilia just shrugged and went back to looking at her hands. "So, tell me later ok". She nodded and leaned back into her seat.

I sat in the seat and looked at the gates. From behind them was nothing but trees and trees and... more trees. As the gates opened and we drove through my stomach gave me wave after wave of flapping birds and a horrible feeling to go with them.

Some of the trees thinned out and from between the trunks I could see what looked like a massive wood cabin. I let my draw dropped at the sight, it was BEAUTIFUL!

Toby turned to look at me "Our father is waiting for us". I ran a hand over my hair. "Great!” He went to turn back but stopped. "Oh yeah, if you could, will you say that we're not living together, because if he found out we were he would want grandchildren to be planned out. Just a heads up".

Again my jaw hung low. "WHAT!"
