My eyes opened, meeting white walls. My eyes fell to my bandaged wrists, and remembered what happened.

"Carter? Oh my God baby you're awake!" My mother came in and squealed. "Oh my God! We were scared!" I'm sure.

"How do you feel? I should call the doctor!"

"Mom, I'm fine. Calm down."

"Fine? Carter you tried killing yourself!"

"Drop it."

"How do you expect me to drop it?! My youngest daughter tried killing herself in the bathroom! You're so lucky your father found you!"

"Define lucky." I muttered.

"By the way, some guy called Harry called, he asked about you."

I lifted my head to see her well, "And?"

"I told him what happened and that you obviously can't-"

"You told him?! Mom are you crazy?! How could you tell him?!"

"He told me you two are close!"

"Still you don't go and tell everyone!"

She sighed, "I'm sorry."

"It's too late now, isn't it? Don't you think it's always too late to say sorry?! After what?! After everything shifty happens you say sorry?!"

Great. Harry now knows. I didn't want him to know. Especially him.

"Your phone is ringing." My mom said handing me the phone.
