The Perfect Couple

Chpt. 2: Blue Eyed Boy

     I walk into the office to get my schedule.
    " Hi. Beatrice Prior. Can I get my schedule?"
    " Sure thing. Your locker number is 46. Have a nice day!" The lady said.
   As I was walking to my locker I looked at my classes.
    1st- math
    2nd- history
    3rd- English
    4th- Home Ec.
       LUNCH
     5th-music
     6th- PE
     7th- free period
 
    All of a sudden, I hit something that felt like a brick wall. I looked up and seen a tall, strong boy with brown curly hair and dark, blue eyes that mesmerize you when you look into them.
     "Sorry. I didn't mean to bu... "
   " Its not your fault. I wasn't paying attention to where I was going. My name is Four by the way." The tall boy told me.
   " Tris.  Sorry I uh gotta go. See ya later!"
   " Nice meeting you." Four said while walking off. 
   " You too!" I yelled.

     Time skip-time skip-time skip

    It's lunch now and so far all my classes were boring. Math we just did a work sheet.  History we took notes. English we started writing persuasive essays. Science we took notes and talked.
    When I got my tray, I noticed we were having sloppy joes, gross!  I don't eat the schools meat because I don't know where it came from.
    After looking at my food, I tried finding a seat when that Four guy tapped my shoulder.
    "Tris, right?" He asked.
  "Ya, why?" I responded.
      "I came to ask if you wanted to sit with me and my friends for lunch. It would be nice to have a new friend. So you wanna come sit with us?" Four asked me.
    " I guess," I told him.
I followed Four to a table with a few people sitting there. He told me to sit across from him next to this girl with short, dark hair.
   "Hi! I'm Christina, but call me Chris." The girl said.
   "Tris"
"I love your name. Anyways, this is Lynn, Shauna, Marlene, Will, Uriah, Zeke, and Four." She said while pointing to each person as she talked.
  "Zeke and Shauna are a couple. Marlene and Uriah are a couple and me and Will are a couple. Lynn is single and Four is single."
     Yes! Four is single. I don't know why I said that though because I'm not pretty, smart, brave, or attractive so I have no chance with a boy like him.
    "Cool. I'm obviously single and I always will be." I told her.

                 FOURS POV
    Wow that really hurt. I actually liked her but apparently she doesn't want a boyfriend. For the rest of lunch, we talked and got to know Tris.
