The Perfect Couple

Chpt. 13: graduation

      It's been about 4 months and school has finally ended. Graduation is in a couple of days, and the girls and I are going dress shopping while the guys go shopping for suits.
      When we get to the mall, we go to Sally's Dresses.(AN: I just made that up.) While we look around I hear a scream.
     "I found the one! I found it!" Of course it was Christina.  The dress was a purple strapless one with sequins on the waist.
     "That is really pretty Chris. You should buy it." I tell her.
     "Kk," she responds.

                Time skip
   Everyone has found their dresses besides me. I want a black dress that is pretty because it shows my personality. And my soul.
      While I'm looking around, a lady comes up to me.
     "Do you need help finding anything?" She asks.
     "Yes. Uhhh... black dresses?" I ask.
  "Follow me."
      So I follow the lady to a section of black dresses. Wow That was easy. I start to search the rack.
       I finally found 3 dresses. Do I go to try them on.
        The first one is a black dress that a sequins on the top and is Lacey on the bottom. I like the dress but it is too sparkly. Ugh!
       The second dress has A neck strap. It also has Ruffles down at the bottom.
Once again I like this dress but it's just too... i don't know, Ruffly.
      The last dress is beautiful. It is strapless with the top a black fading into a grayish white towards the bottom. I love it.
       I show the girls and their mouths are hanging open.
     "Uhh.... T-tris. Ge-t t-that one."
Marlene tells me while stuttering.
      I pay for the dress and go home. When I get there, I start making dinner. Tobias comes home and comes and kisses me on the forehead.
      "Hey babe. How was your day?" He asks me. I love his greetings.
      "Great and long. What about yours?" I reply.
      "Ehh".
  I continue cooking. Later that evening we watch movies and fall asleep.

         Time skip to graduation.

      "Christina Howell." I watch as my best friend goes onto the stage to get her high school diploma. This year has been really crazy. I have got into fights, found out secrets that nobody knows about, made new friends, and watched as my loved ones pass. Even though it has been a crazy year, I still push through it. I would rather make good memories than keep the bad.
        "Four Eaton." There goes on stage my beautiful boyfriend that I love. He always cares for me and makes me laugh when I need some time to enjoy.
       "Tris Prior." I start to walk on stage to end my high school years. When I get my diploma I stay up there. They choose me to write a speech about my senior year.
      "My fellow classmates. This year has been one of the most craziest years ever but we all made it. It also has been one of the best years. We have learned to get along, well some of us anyways, and to stick together as a team. This is just one step towards life as an adult and we passed. We made it everyone!" And with that I smile and walk off the stage.
      I walk to Tobias and congratulate him after we have fully graduated.
    "Good job babe. Now we can finally start college and stuff like that." He tells me. 
      "Yup" I say popping the p.
   "I love you so much you know that.  And just think we have a baby in like 5 months. We can be parents and start our lives."
       "Yes we can." And with that I kiss him straight on the lips and enjoy the moment while it lasts.
