In total darkness, the silhouettes begin to look around. Everything is silent. Dead silent. Along side of them, are thousands upon thousands of bodies standing still...silently. Standing. As they begin, over the years to hear silent muffles, they start to notice at certain points, these people...figures, perhaps silhouettes would be the most accurate way to describe them. They would split apart from one another.

However, they begin to realize, while they could not interact with anyone. They could, manifest themselves into their own imagination. As if, they were building your own world...or, at least they had the option. No, it wasn't like that at all. More of reliving a collective of their memories. As if in a theatre. But, with more control on their end.

But then, after all of their time waiting, longing, regretting, imaging they once again heard another voice...but more clear than a murmur as all of the other ones had been. In fact, they could make the words out now clear as day.

"Erm...Hehehe...Hiya! Mr. Satan...I don't know if this is going to work...That would be embarrassing if it didn't huh? Anyways, I need some serious help. I am willing to give anything if I must. You can even take my soul! Just send a demon, or some underling to help me! I am waiting! I will give you anything! You name it, please...I did everything I was told.." She pleaded. Her voice, filled with a sweet twinge and soulless hopelessness all in one.

One of the silhouette figures would raise its long head and blink silently. Seeming to be compelled incredibly, then answered the call.
Splitting itself, as if it was nothing more than a copy of the original standing silhouette. Then it vanished.

After that, there was a heavy silence. Then suddenly, a thooming voice lashed throughout all of the throne of heroes.

"If there is a servant out there strong enough, and mighty enough to serve under my reigns! Then rise! Allow me to take command, and my fate shall be in thy sword. As will yours be on mine! Abiding by the summons of the Holy Grail! If thou dost accede this will and reason then answer me and fight for the chance you never had! That I never had! I swear, I will be all that is good in the eternal world! Rise from the ashes of your legend! And join me in coveting the Grail!" His voice seeped with strength and confidence as he chanted the incantation.

A silhouette figure with a sword in hand felt a sense of power and determination in the summoner's swords, he raised his head with a sly grin seeing this person worthy enough to be guided by his sword in the coming war, splitting himself, he answered the summoner call vanishing in the mist.

Then, not too long after that, but what seemed like an eternity later. The  sounds of a new person. However unappealing this person might have sounded, anything might have been a melody to them considering the situation. The voice, was deep, rough, slow and dry. As if the speaker had not uttered a single word for years.

"Doctor, I am someone who kills just to unwind. Use that for your information... " A loud bang could be heard in the background. Then another voice spoke up, shaken and trembling in fear. "I...Look, I ca-You are beyond saving. You need professional help! Anyone else! Seek outside help! If they know what you are. They will help...I promise...!" Then another slam. Then the other voice rasps. "You... Are quite the comedian, Huh?"

A silhoutte barely visible raises his hand. He agreed that this was the one he wanted to be beside. He starts drifting towards the mist as he disappears, he glows a small shade of golden.

Assassin Summoned!

The eerie silence continued once more. For an even longer period of time, and the silence only continued to edge on and on to a mind numbing extent.
Before, suddenly a voice rose to the occasion.

"From the crown, come forth, and follow the forked road to the kingdom, but not let chaos cloud thy thin eyes, Thou, who are trapped in a cage of gold, Thou, the seven days clad in the great trinity, come forth from the cage of restraint..." What was strange about this girls voice, was not the tone. As it was calm, and rather excited. But, it was the feel they got from hearing the incantation. Their thoughts would seem to be clogged with some sort of, distortion. Some sort of power, feeling of darkness clouding their minds. A shadow, a rotating collection of red eyes manifest in their minds. Then sapphire flame.  The flame devoured the gold of the grail that would be around them. Something was off, about the energy in her cry for the Grail. A pain... or a true strive.

A silhouette stood up from her place kneeling down. A spark was in her eye as she felt the distortion and felt intrigued by the call. Looking up into the void, she disappeared.
