Arielle POV-
After an exhausting day at work, I was finally ready to go out with Louis. He's been acting kinda on edge lately and I'm happy that he's getting back to his usual, romantic self.
I drove home to change into my gorgeous gown and shoes, applied light makeup, and kept my hair in its natural waves.
Once I finished getting ready, I hoped into my car to drive to the restaurant. Traffic on the main roads is terrible so I decide to go on the highway. The road looks mostly clear, but I hear lots of car horns beeping from behind me.
I merge onto the interstate and when I try to switch lanes, I hear a loud crunching noise and a scream. It doesn't take me long to figure out that I was the one screaming, as I shoot through the windshield, my head pounding from the impact and glass shards shooting into my skin as I land slamming my head into the grassy median.
I try to cry out for help, but the pain is too much. I can't move, I can't speak, it's becoming hard to keep my eyes open. I hear the soft humming of sirens in the background as I drift into unconsciousness.
"Arielle? Can you hear me? Hello?"
I hear a voice calling my name. I try to open my eyes but can only manage to squint. My head feels as if it's going to explode at any moment. From what I can see, I'm in an ambulance. Everything seems to be in slow motion, the EMT's putting an IV into my arm or trying to stop the bleeding from my cuts.
Soon the ambulance comes to a stop and I'm being moved into what I assume is the hospital, I feel very confused and disoriented.
When I'm wheeled in, more doctors rush to my side. That's when I hear a very familiar voice.
"Arielle!"
Through my fuzzy and blurred vision I make out Louis running towards me.
"Ari..." He chokes
"Please Ari, you can't go. You have to stay, I can't go on without you."
I vaguely hear my loves voice saying to me. I can tell he's crying. He tries to act so strong for me.
"Please, I need you."
"Louis", is all I can manage out "I love you."
Then everything goes dark

Yay for double update! So this chapter is Arielle's POV of what Louis went through in the previous chapter. In these next chapters, we're going to get all of the information about their whole love story. How they met, they're first kiss,fights, etc. I'm really excited for the continuation of this book!
