It's My Mouth, I Can Say What I Want To (Rant Book)

If I made a list of top ten things that piss me off in fanfiction, this would definitely be near the top of the list.

I honestly hate when I'm searching for new "X Reader" stories and I see this one that looks really interesting, but when I click into it, it says, "Oh, by the way, your name's gonna be Evangeline!"

LIEK...BRUH.

I say, if the reader has  a name, it's not an "X Reader", it's an "X OC"!

It's just very annoying, and even more annoying when they add, "If it's not your name, you can just change it!"

Well it's gonna be hard to change it, because every page will be "Evangeline", "Evangeline", and "Evangeline"! -_-

Another thing that annoys me is, if they don't assign you a name they assign with an appearance.

For example, you may be tanned with dark brown eyes and dirty blonde hair, but the author describes you as "pale", with "light blue eyes" and "chocolate brown hair"!

It's just very annoying, especially when the story actually seems really approaching.

I'm sorry, I just like being able to be in a story where no one can say I have to look like this, or my name has to be that.

Or maybe I just sound like a whiny bitch.
