MASS SPOILERS FOR THE MOVIE IF YOU HAVEN'T SEEN IT

So, a few hours earlier today, I saw Big Hero 6.

To say the least, I was not impressed.

I

WAS

FRICKIN'

MIND

BLOWN!!

This is, in my opinion, Disney's most deepest and personal production, because not only have they dealt with the loss of a loved one so thoroughly and accurately, but they also have acknowleged the personal issues that come with it.

Baymax is the perfect "nurse" that we all want and NEED not because of physical injuries, more because of emotional injuries that have a bigger impact on us.

Hiro's "Heroic BSOD", to quote TV Tropes, was so shocking to me, and the difference from Tadashi!Baymax and War!Baymax is so distinct that it's like they're two different programs. Which they technically are. War!Baymax actually scared me a little bit to the point were I was thinking about cowering into my coat.

Next point: Baymax closing his chip inserter thingy as he was aware that Hiro would attempt to remove his Tadashi chip and replace it with the War chip. Hiro's breakdown broke me down as well I watched him cry as he watched Tadashi's clips back on Baymax's stomach. (Which reminded me of Teletubbies. X'))

The final battle scene is what got me though. Baymax and Hiro leaping into the portal, saving Callaghan's daughter, and then Baymax pulling a "Heroic Sacrifice" to save both of them.

WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

SOO SAADD

Then the end..

"Hello..I am Baymax, your personal healthcare companion...Hello, Hiro...!"

My internal self ended up drowning in her own tears.

DDDDDD'''''''''X

Buuuuut, I think I may be focusing too much on the sad moments when there were so many cute moments as well!

Baymax's "Bahlalalalalala"s, Hiro's complete nonchalance when fighting at the beginning, Otaku Fred, Wasabi's neat freakedness...

I could go on!

So, to sum it up, Big Hero 6 is emotionally gruelling. and there were so many times where I had to grab my mouth and blink my tears back from all the drama. But, it is also funny and sweet so I would definitely recommend itfor all ages.

Baymax: *walks in*  On a scale of one to ten, how would you rate this Walt Disney Production?

Me: *smiles* Ten out of ten.
