1 week later :

Aunt Mary, her boyfriend, Jason and I were having dinner together for the first time. It was pretty akward because of the tension between Jason and I.

"So, what's going on in your lives? ",aunt Mare asked. "Anything new? "

"Nope.",I said playing with my food.

"Are you sure you didn't create a new boyfriend? ",Jason asked.

"Asshole."

"Oh thank you, bitch.",he replied smiling.

"If you two don't stop with this arguing, cussing, fighting and name calling I swear to God I will send you back to your mother where you will rot in hell like Emily.",she threatened.

"What do you mean 'rot in hell like Emily ' ?",I asked.

"Listen, your mother is a very cruel and powerful woman, she takes young adults and she feeds off of them...",aunt Mary's boyfriend said.

"So she's a cannibal?! ",Jason asked. "She eats people? "

"My mom isn't human, is she? ",I asked. "I mean inhuman spirits feed off of humans."

"Yes, she is something I've never worked with in my entire career. She just has different 'symptoms ' but we know she is definitely not human.",he continued.

"But what's that got to do with us? And why is Emily there? Why aren't we with her?! ",Jason asked.

"She felt like because you two are so young, you'd have more to live for then Emily.",she said. "Emily's energy level is exactly where Layla wants them. "

"So you just accepted that; took us and left her there?! ",I asked. "She's also your niece! "

"You know, I don't have to take this.",she said walking out.

"Yeah! Run away like the little coward you are! ",Jason yelled.

"Hey! That's your aunt you're talking to! ",he said. "Show some respect! Look, yelling is not good for the baby. "

"Woah, Woah, woah. Hold up! Baby? ",Jason asked.

"She's having a baby?! ",I asked. "WTF! Why didn't she tell me, dammit? "

"She was going to," he said. " but you two were too childish to let her talk."

He got up and walked out the door. Jason and I decided to go talk to her. As we walked in, we just saw a pool of blood on the floor, right in front of her bathroom door. "Marry? ",Jason called.

"You call our aunt, Marry?",I asked. "She is not your friend or cousin."

"She said I can so... Marry!? ",he smirked.
