★-Candy's Pov-★

I felt uneasiness wash over me as I realized one thing, that wasn't Liam. 'Love, where are you?' I heard Liam say through mind-link. 'Liam?' I sent back, confused. "Um, you're not Liam," I said, laughing nervously. The guy infront of me scoffed, a frown replacing his flirty grin. "No, I'm Cayde. A lot of people confuse us," he looked bothered about saying that.

My face was scrunched up in confusion. "I've never-- I mean, Liam never mentioned a Cayde..." I said, a bit confused as to why Liam wouldn't mention a guy that looked like his flacking twin. Before Cayde could reply, I smelt my mate's intoxicating scent around the corner. Smelling that, Cayde and I's heads snapped towards where he was standing, sighing of relief when he saw me.

"Candy, I'm so glad you're..." Liam started, but froze when he saw Cayde.

I lookd between Liam and him, noticing there were only slight differences. Liam had bigger, browner eyes, while Cayde's were a bit more on the hazel side. Their hair were different shades of brown, other than that, they could easily pass off for twins.

"Cayde, why are you with my mate?" Liam growled, sliding his arm around my waist and pulling me into his rock hard chest. I felt confused as to why Liam wouldn't tell me he's had a clone, or a twin, or something like that. And who the hell was he?

"Liam," I said, pulling away from him. "I need answers."

"Just let me explain..." he started. I glared at him, making him stop. "Explain." I said coldly. I don't know why I was behaving this way, its like I'm PMSing. But that's not the case.

"Cayde is my cousin, he's an Alpha, but not a real one," Liam began. I raised an eyebrow. "His father and mine battled for the Alpha position, and my father won. Appearantly, Cayde's father didn't accept it, and killed an Alpha, gaining his pack. That's why Cayde's an Alpha, and I never mentioned anything about him, because he's taken everything. My first girlfriend," he froze at the look on my face. "Mmhmm?" I hummed.

"Basically, he's taken everything I did, and made it sound better when he did it. We don't get along, and I'm sure he's after you now!" Liam all but yelled, his Alpha tone seeping into his voice making me flinch back. He immediately seemed regretful, and held me in his arms. "I'm sorry," he mumbled. I just nodded, closing my eyes and taking a sniff of him. The craving for his blood was starting to overpower me.

I didn't notice when I started kissing his neck, he growled at he, pulling me back. "A little too public, don't you think?" his british accent rung in my eyes. I smirked at him, nodding towards his car. Getting the message, he picked me up and started walking towards it.

"Shhhhh!" I shushed Liam while giggling. On the way back from the meeting, Liam and I had gotten a few drinks. Okay, maybe a little more than a few, we were completely wasted.

"Cand-yyy!" he slurred, pushing me up against the wall. "Li-aaammm," I mocked, putting my hands through his soft hair, messing it up a bit.

Liam's brown eyes were shining in lust and adoration as I slowlylet my hand trail down his chest. I heard a gasp behind him and Liam's head whipped around. I peered over his shoulder to have my eyes widen.

"Jem! Brian!" I exclaimed, silently giving them a message that clearly said 'RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!'.

"Jem, who is this?" Liam growled, as I noticed he was still drunk, I pulled him back. "Liam, don't do anything." I whispered in his ear. Turning my attention back to Jem, I saw her shaking with nervousness. Before she straightened all together.

"He's my mate," She said bravely. My eyes widened to the size of golfballs, WTF? "Jem," I said quietly, shaking my head. "No," she said to me, turning back to Liam, making sure of no eye contact.

"I found my mate, Liam. I know what you're going to say, but I'm not going to listen to you, no one can keep true mates apart." Jem stated bravely. I felt terrified of what was going to happen between Brian and her. I just hoped rubbing Liam's chest would calm him a bit, its late. I didn't want them creating a scene, and he's drunk, too.

Liam wasn't sober, but enough to realize that he shouldn't take any action right now. "We'll talk about this later, Jemmaline." he said firmly, pulling me back to our room and let's just say he needed to blow off some steam.

(A/N) I'm sorry if its short, and not what you expected, but keep Cayde in mind. And for those who asked me if the guy was Teagan? Um, no I gave a hint in the chapter before the last one. Remember when in Liam's Pov he's like 'I can't hide it, the resemblance.'? this is what I meant... Well, this is all for now, please vote!
