★Liam's Pov★ (A little something for you guys:D)
I felt myself slowly awakening from my sleep, and feeling that my little mate was missing. I opened my eyes to see that she was already up.
Candy was sitting near the window in a chair, her knees tucked under her chin and tear stains on her face. She looked pale, and the redness rimming her eyes told me she didn't have a good night. My eyebrows furrowes, had I done something wrong?
Candy probably sensed my eyes on her and turned to look at me, her eyes shone with determination and hidden pain that I sensed through out mate bond. Since we were bonded conpletely, I could feel things she tried to hide out.
"What's wrong, love?" I asked her, my voice husky from the lack of use. I saw her wince a little, and immediately sat upright. What's wrong with her? "Candy, what wrong?" I asked softer, I felt all sleepiness shred away as I focused on what was bothering my princess.
"Nothing," she sighed, her eyes shone will lies. A frown formed upon my face as I thought of all the possibe reasons Candy could be upset. Racking my brain, I didn't notice when she got off thr chair and was right infront of me.
I was a bit suprised when Candy put her arms around me and hugged me like her life depended on it. I felt wetness on my shoulder and Candy shaking slightly so I held her tighter, trying to figure out what bothered my little princess so much.
"Candy, baby talk to me," I pleaded, starting to feel scared if there was something wrong with her. Why wouldn't she say anything? "Liam," I heard her say so quietly, I almost missed it. "Promise me, you'll never let go of me." Candy whispered and I felt my heart soar.
"I'd never leave, Candace. Never." I promised her, hoping it would calm her nervous insides.

Breakfast went by in a blur, Candy wasn't eating right and she thought I didn't notice.
I'd been going over the list of reasons Candy would be bothered so much about, but came across none that could scare her that much. And the whole 'promise you won't leave me' thing, what did she mean?
I didn't pay much attention to anyone else, but then again, I never did. But this time, it was for another reason.
Walking back into our room, I took a deep breath and froze. There was a tinge of an unfimiliar scent coming from near the window. I casually walked over to it, being careful not to loose than scent, and noticed a small peice of paper near it. How I didn't notice it before? I don't know. But I knew this had to do with' why Candace was so tense.
Picking it up, I let my eyes drift over every word, and with every word, my heart dropped and so did my jaw.
