Hopefully after reading this story you have learned not to be a bystander. DISCLAIMER: In no way was I saying that it's the bystanders fault when the victim commits suicide. IT'S NOT YOUR FAULT IF YOU DIDN'T SPEAK UP. This was just my way of expressing why you should when you see bullying going on.
Suicide is a preventible death and we need to take action to prevent it. If you know someone who is being bullied say something always tell an adult. Even if the person doesn't want you to tell because they're scared it is important you tell.
Also talk to the victim to see if there having suicidal thoughts. There is a right and wrong way to bring up this conversation and how to talk about it. Even if you think you know how to someone who could be having suicidal thoughts I recommend you look up how to talk about it with someone. You don't want to worsen the situation or offend someone you want to help. Once you find out if they are having suicidal thoughts make sure you plan to talk to adult about it. Go with them when they talk to the adult they want about it. One reason you need to go with them is to make sure they actually go talk to someone to get help. Another reason is because your friend probably needs your support in such a difficult times.
If you yourself are having suicidal thoughts or are being bullied. Call a hotline. You can find organizations that fit to your situation on the internet.
And remember don't be a Onlooker. Let's attack bullying together. Stay Strong.
