Alrighty, lets get this fic on the road.

"Clarke, lets get these orders to go." Yelled the dark haired boy at the front of the counter towards the kitchen behind him.

"Yeah, I'm on it Bell." The blonde girl yelled back. "You're brother is a bit of a hard ass today." She tells the sister of the boy while throwing a Panini into the toaster.

"He went through a rough break up last night with Echo."

"No way, she finally did it? After how long?"

"6 months, over the phone."

"I do hope it wasn't over text."

"No, God no. I would have slapped her myself."

"Octavia, Clarke, enough about my miserable love life and back to work." The freckled faced boy snaps after hearing the gossiping girls behind him.

"Sorry Bellamy." Clarke apologizes as she walks up to him with the fresh Panini in her hand. Bellamy flashes her a small smile and takes the sandwich to the old man at his table.

"Take my shift at the counter, I have break and Raven, of course, isn't here yet." He says as he walks back over throwing the towel that was around his waste at Clarke. She gives him a simple nod and walks over to the cash register throwing the towel over her right shoulder.

"How is the Princess doing this afternoon?"

"Call me Princess one more time, Murphy, and I will punch you in the face." She mutters loud enough under her breath while she smiles at a customer walking through the glass doors and heading her way.

"Raven!" The blonde nearly yells across the café.

"Hey there Princess." The brunette walks over and throws her bag over the counter.

"She can call you Princess, but I can't?" Murphy complains as his eyes roll.

"You're 10 minutes late," she explains, ignoring Murphy's comment. "Bell is going to stick your ass in the fryer."

"Do we even own one?"

"Doesn't matter. Get behind the counter before he gets here."

Raven jumps over the counter and takes her job at the cash while Clarke walks back into the kitchen towards Octavia, both sharing a smile. The siblings and Clarke have been friends for almost 4 years now. Bellamy and Octavia helped Clarke a couple years ago when her father died in a terrible car accident where he was hit by a drunk driver. It was hard for Clarke to deal with it because of how close her and her father were. Her mother, Abby, works as a surgeon and rarely has the time to see her daughter. Clarke has gotten used to it though. The whole, being alone, no family thing. Though she technically does have a family, the Blake siblings.

"Thank God you're back here. I was running around like a chicken just got its head chopped off, making orders."

The blonde giggles at the comment her long term friend made.

"Hey Princess--"

"Murph-"

"Clarke." The boy puts his hands up as a surrender, "Bacon, cheddar, grilled tomato Panini for table 4."

Clarke nods as the boy walks back to his cash register. She throws the needed ingredients on the pieces of bread and puts it in the toaster, wiping her hands off with the towel over her shoulder.
