The Ones: The Dark Days

Chapter II

Photo Flash is outside the Equestria Asylum dressed as a Princess Celestia Guard. A guard was outside and he noticed him. Photo Flash stopped and, in his best guard voice, said, "I have a message from Princess Celestia."

He then handed him a roll of paper. The guard opened it and read it. "I, Princess Clesestia, announce to release Prisoner 04786, or Subtletune."

"Why Celestia want that freak released?" Asked the guard.

"I don't know." Said Photo Flash.

"How do I know if you're actually one of her guards and just a prankster?"

"Are you questioning my authority?" Asked Photo Flash, menacing.

The guard hesitated and said, "alright we'll let him out."

A few minutes later, Subtletune walked out with handcuffs and guards behind him. As soon as Subtletune reached the front gate, the guards unlocked the handcuffs and they lead him out of the prison. Both him and Photo Flash walked away. "Princess Celestia did the right thing to send one of you royal pigs." Said Subtletune.

"Subtletune," said Photo Flash, "it's me."

Photo Flash then removed his helmet. "Oh it's you." Said Subtletune. "Is Fire Wing back already?"

"No." Said Photo Flash. "But his old army is. We are now called Perses. The leader is Spark Fire."

"That bitch took control? I was expecting somepony else to control it not her."

"Yeah. Well she has a plan to destroy The Ones and the rest of Equestria along with them."

"What's the plan?"

"Part of the plan was to break you out of jail. The second part of it was to convert ponies into mutated monsters."

"I suppose that there's purpose behind it."

"Yes. She wanted you out so you can summon a legendary giant."

"Well where is she?"

"I'll take you to her."

Then they spread wings and took off.

In Ponyville, The Ones are helping out the workers with the construction of the new headquarters. The new headquarters is practically much smaller than the old one since some of the members died during the battle against Fire Wing. It'll still have rooms for the members and the medical room, which will now be referred to the med bay is much smaller. It'll only have five medical beds and three desks for the three medics. The floor and walls will be made out of wood, though the walls will need some decorations. As for the training room, it'll remain the same size with much more gym equipment. The tile floor had some blue dots. In the command center, they have their meeting table with, instead of twenty, with thirteen chair. They added two more chairs for the two new members, Toxic Remix and Shine Twister (even though she is still too young to be officially part of the team). The headquarters of The Ones is nearly complete. As for the civilians, they are reconstructing their cities. Since most of them started today, it'll take them at least half an year to finish. Hours later, every pony was in the underground headquarters for the night. The two princesses were there. Then a guard of the Equestria Asylum showed up. "We've released Subtletune just like you ordered, your highness." Said the guard to Celestia.

"You did what?" Asked Princess Celestia.

"I released Subtletune like you said. A guard came by and showed us the letter that you wrote to release Subtletune."

"But I didn't do such thing."

"Looks like we're in trouble." Said Princess Luna.

"We've must inform The Ones immediately." Said Princess Celestia.

A few minutes later, The Ones showed up to her. "We came as soon as you called us." Said Starberry.

"Subtletune is freed and no doubt will start another disaster again." Said Princess Celestia.

"We'll stop him your majesty." Said Alli.

"We must find out where he's hiding." Said Black Heart.

"Thats going to take a while." Said Toxic Remix.

Then a pony dressed in an elegant suit showed up. It was John Lemon but they didn't knew that. "Evening your highness." He said, kneeling down.

"At ease." Said Princess Celestia.

"I came here to offer you a deal. I know that most ponies here don't have a home. But they can have one without rebuilding it. I'm the president of a small colony. My people build it for the homeless. And seeing how a lot of ponies lost their homes during the battle against Fire Wing, we've decided to give these civilians a home. My colony is located a few miles north from Appleloosa."

"I don't know if you haven't heard yet but Subtletune is free and we can't let these ponies be defenseless." Said Lunar Eclipse.

"We are away of that. Luckily our colony is well protected. We have more than a hundred security guards who all fight by the latest fighting techniques. We also have high security technology that can defend civilians from intruders. We'll take good care of them."

Princess Celestia looked at Starberry and said, "this is your choice."

Starberry thought about it for a few minutes. Then she said, "fine. You can go ahead and take some. Just take good care of them."

"We'll do." Was the reply.

Some ponies decided to go with him to the "colony" while others stayed behind and rebuild what Fire Wing destroyed. Wagons were brought in and all who wanted to go got on. A few minutes later, they took off. Unfortunately, the civilians who went we're going to their doom. The ones who stayed were fortunate enough that they'll live for another day.

Meanwhile in the underground cave, Subtletune and Photo Flash arrived. A goon went up to Spark Fire and said, "ma'am, we just received word from John Lemon. He was successful on convincing The Ones to give him some civilians so they can be taken to the 'colony'".

Spark Fire was pleased. Her plan is working out perfectly so far. "Subtletune," she said, "I want you to lead a group to Manehatten. Once you arrive their, I want to destroy and kill anything insight. After that I want you to come back here. Understand?"

"Yes ma'am." He said.

"Good now go."

Manehatten was once a big city where the streets were busy with ponies walking up and down the road, and fillies playing around. Then it became ruins reminding ponies everywhere that they'll always be times where your home will be destroyed and it'll up to you if you want to rebuild it or leave it be. They decided to rebuild it. By now, they are half way done. Some ponies are still there, reconstructing. They were about to call it a day until they saw a familiar cyan blue alicorn with an army marching behind him. They stopped. After a minute, Subtletune gave an order and they attacked. A war was coming soon.

The Ones were outside relaxing in the late evening. Alli was flying around enjoying the view until she was a few meters away from Manehatten. She saw what was happening and she quickly flew back to tell the rest of her team. "Starberry," Alli said when she arrived.

"What is it, Alli?" Asked Star.

"Manehatten is being under attack by Subtletune and some of his goons."

"Damn it. I had a feeling something like that was going to happen. Random Click, Whimsy, Lunar Eclipse, and Crimsom, you four will remain here and protect every pony who is down their."

"Yes ma'am." They replied.

"The rest of us, let's move."

"I want to come too." Said Shine Twister.

"No, it's too dangerous." Said Starberry.

"Please momma, I want to help out too. I want to be by your side."

Starberry looked at Lightning Runner. He nodded. "Alright let's go." Said Starberry.

And they dash off to stop the past from happening again.
