Mia's POV
My name is Mia and I live in California, I'm a really big fan of Hunter Rowland from watching his broadcast's whenever he is on. I have never met Hunter yet but I really want to, the only problem is that Hunter lives in Arizona. So that makes it a little difficult to met him but I will sooner or later. I have been talking to my mom about to going to one of his meet and greets soon because it would just make me so happy and it would probably be one of the only times that I will ever meet him, and this would be a dream come true.
My best friend's name is Ava and we both have been wanting to meet Hunter now, we both watch when he is having another meet and greet available. Hunter just posted a picture on Instagram with the caption as "Having a meet and greet in 2 days, come see me in Arizona guys!". As soon as i saw this I pulled out my phone and texted Ava.
M: AVA DID YOU SEE THAT HUNTER IS HAVING A MEET AND GREET IN 2 DAYS!?!
A: NO! Where will it be held at?
M: It's in Arizona again but we can derive now, so do you want to go?!
A: is that really a question right now? YES I want to go!
M: I'll order the tickets for it, you just tell your parents that you are planning on going to this
Right after I was done texting Ava about the meet and greet in Arizona, I got on the computer and ordered voth tickets for us. Now i just need to tell my mom, or should i say ask her if i can take a road trip to Arizona with Ava. I yelled to my mom from upstairs, "Hey mom I have a question for you, can you please come here?", once my mom heard me yell to her she came walking up the stairs to out what I wanted to ask her. "What is it that you wanted to ask me?". I first think about how I'm going to word this so that I can convince my mom into letting me go to this meet and greet. "So I know you might think that this is a crazy idea but, could I go with Ava to Arizona for the weekend to go see Hunter Rowland at his meet and greet, because we have been wanting to go for the longest time now, so pleaseeee." My mom was contemplating about this idea, and she says back, "I guess you can go, but please be extra attentive, and make sure you text me when you get there. I will call and set you and Ava up a hotel for the weekend". I didn't think my mom would go along with this plan as easily as she did, but I'm very pleased that she did, "Thank you so much mom, I love you so much!" Once my mom departed from my room I texted Ava again.
M: My mom just agreed to this whole plan and she is getting us a hotel for the weekend!
A: Awesome! My parents also agreed, this is going to be the best weekend ever!
Our parents have now agreed to both of us going to Arizona for the weekend to meet Hunter Rowland, all we need to do is get through two more days this week at school and then we are on our way to Arizona!

Wake up and start to get ready for another day at school before the amazing weekend comes. I head over to my closet and pick out my outfit for the day. I put on a white crop top, some short darker colored jean shorts, with some mint green colored converses. Today I decided to just do some natural makeup and my hair in a messy bun. Once I'm ready I head downstairs and yell to my mom that I'm leaving to go to school.
My sophomore year is almost over, because we are now in the middle of May which is pretty exciting that we are almost done. I finally get to school and head over to my lock to see that Ava is already waiting there for me. "Mia I can't believe that we are actually going to see Hunter Rowland! This is seriously so exciting, once I get home tonight I am packing my bags since we are leaving tomorrow night!". While unpacking my backpack into my locker I say, "I know, I'm so excited! And yeah I'm doing the same thing, another question do you want to fly because I forgot that it's going to be a long drive". "Yeah flying is fine with me, I'll have my parents get us some tickets for that", says Ava while getting her phone out. The bell rings and we both head off to our first period.
*Skip to the end of school day*
The school day is finally done, and of course it was boring as usual. But the one thing that has me motivated to get home, is to start packing all of my stuff for this weekend! I decided to pack a couple of different outfits because I really don't know how the weather is going to be, because it could be rainy or something. Better to pack more than not to have enough clothes to wear! I also packed a few swim suits, and the other necessary items you would need when you are gone. And then suddenly my phone starts to vibrate, I look over at it and it says 'call from Mom'.
Me: Hey mom
Mom: Hey, Ava's mom just called me and said you guys are taking an airplane instead of driving?
Me: Yeah, we figured it would be easier for us to just fly
Mom: Okay, just wanted to make sure that's what your plan was. But now that you are for sure, the next flight to Phoenix is tomorrow morning, so looks like you aren't going to school tomorrow
Me: Okay, Thank you!
I then get off the phone with my mom and then call Ava telling her to make sure that everything of hers is packed because we are leaving tomorrow morning instead of tomorrow night.
A: Hello
M: Did your mom tell you?
A: I don't know, probably not
M: Well the flight is tomorrow morning, so no school! And you better make sure all of your stuff is packed tonight. I'll see you tomorrow morning!

I woke up at 5:30 because our flight is at 6:30, I get dressed in a tee shirt and some joggers since I'm just going to be on an airplane for the day. Once I got dressed I double checked that I had everything that I needed, and as soon as I was done checking that I had everything, Ava and her parents pulled up my driveway to come pick me up and drop us off at the airport. We just arrived at the airport and it is now 6:15, just have to go through all of the sensors and then we will be ready to get on the airplane and on our way to Arizona.

I'm really sorry this chapter is really bad, I just didn't know how I wanted to start it off. But I kind of have it planned out what I want to have happen throughout the book. And sorry about how short it is
