Chapter 34

From last chapter ~ (Cat's POV)

I put my phone down and went to answer the door. I opened the door and it was Christine. "Hey Christine, are you looking for Brandon?", I asked hoping she wasn't here to ask questions about what just happened. "No Brandon is back at our hotel room, but I'm here to talk to you about what just happened between Hunter and Mia", Christine said.

Cat's POV ~ starting chapter 

Once Christine asked me what happened with Hunter and Mia I figured I should let her into my hotel room and probably explain to her, maybe. "Want to come in?", I asked. Then Christine just walked in and sat down on the couch. "So what happened with Mia and Hunter?", Christine asked me again. "What do you mean?", I asked trying to avoid the question. "Cat stop avoiding the question you know what happened, just tell me what it was", Christine said. "What if Mia doesn't want you to know what happened", I said. "Well I want you to tell me even if she doesn't want you to say", Christine said. "Why do you want to know so badly?", I asked. "Because I want to know what stupid think that Hunter did to Mia", She said. 

"Why are you so sure that it was Hunter that did something?", I asked still trying to avoid answering her original question for coming here. "Because Brandon asked Hunter why he was being so stupid about what he did to Mia, so that's how I know that Hunter did something stupid to her and I want to know what it was, so tell me Cat", She said starting to get irritated with me. "Why don't you just go ask Brandon since he was the one asking Hunter why he did something so stupid", I said hoping that she would leave and go ask Brandon, but I guess not. "No. Cat seriously just tell me what happened", she said. 

"It's not a big deal, I don't think you really need to know", I said and then got up and started walking away. "Cat sit down and tell me what he did", Christine said. "Fine", I said finally giving up because she won't leave until I tell her. "So do you remember the day that Mia and I went out to go see a movie and then the guys went to go do stuff together?", I asked, hoping she would say no then I wouldn't have to explain to her. "Yes", she said. "Well Mia and I went to go see the 5th wave, and then all of the guys showed up. And guess what? They all had girls with them, and Hunter had a girlfriend at the time. And then when she was upset with him he said he didn't know what he did, she then told him and he lied saying that he wasn't with any girls", I said. 

"Why didn't you want to tell me this?", Christine asked. "I just didn't feel like getting you involved in what happened in their relationship", I said. "Well thank you for telling me what happened", she said and then got up and walked out of my hotel room. I decided to text Mia and tell her what Christine wanted. 

Me: Mia, if Hunter texts you being mad about his mom knowing what happened with you two tell him I'm the only who told her
Mia: Why would you tell her?
Me: She wouldn't leave me alone until I told her
Mia: Okay it's fine I don't care
Me: Okay sorry if he gets mad
Mia: It doesn't matter 

Hunter's POV

After a little bit I decided to go back to the hotel room and to see that only Brandon was here. "Brandon where is mom?", I asked. "I'm not sure, she left a little bit after you left", he said. I didn't ask anymore questions, just sat down on the bed and turned on the tv. After about 15 minutes of watching some tv, mom came walking into the hotel room and she didn't seem happy. "So Hunter I heard what happened with you and Mia, would you like to tell me what you were thinking?"

"I don't know what I was thinking, so can you just drop the topic?", I asked. "No Hunter I can't just drop the topic, that is a big deal. You don't just bring another girl somewhere when you are dating someone", she said. "Whatever mom, why does it matter to you?", I said trying to walk away, but then she stepped in front of me and said, "Hunter you are not leaving again, and it matters because I was really good friends with her mom and I really liked her and you just decided to hurt her like that". "Mom I don't even want to talk to you about this", I said and walked away. 

Me: So would you like to tell me why you told my mom about what happened?

Mia: I didn't tell her

Me: Okay no need to lie to me
Mia: I'm not lying, why don't you believe me?

Me: Why would I believe you?
Mia: Because I have never lied to you, and it was Cat who told her
Me: Oh okay

Really why would Cat tell my mom everything, I decided that I would take a walk down by her hotel room and ask why she told her everything.
