Thor is hurled back up onto the street knocked out and scott jumps back up onto the street with thors torn cape but he drops that and lets it blow away in the wind and just as scott goes to say something he is hit with a freeze arrow and is frozen in a block of ice. tony looks back at avengers tower and sees hawkeye with is bow on the top floor. Hawkeye makes his way down to the rest of them and thor has been woken up by then and sheild has been called in for Scott's extraction and containment. The remaining avengers gather around Scott's frozen body but right as thor is close enough scott brakes free of the ice and grabs thors head and brings his other fist into each other with all is strength crushing thors skull killing him instantly and he drops his hammer and it lands on Tony's food crushing it and he ejects his leg from the armor and that rips off 3 of his toes tony falls to the ground and captain and hawkeye are trying to carry him away from danger. But the bifrost (rainbow bridge) opens up and there stands Tyre and his pet wolf
"You have murdered thor son of odin in cold blood you shall face Asgardian justice surender or be destroyed"
Scott grins "this should be fun"
The remaining avengers retreat back to the tower hawkeye look out the window and sees scott holding up tyres lifeless body and then scott looks at hawkeye In the window if the avengers towesr. scott takes a step and falls to his knees and srinking back down to normal size having exhausted the hulks power hawkeye sees his chance to take scott down and he aims his bow but scott has jumped down into the subway
Tony:"Jarvis activate the new avengers protocol "
Jarvis :"but it isnt ready they dont even know they have been chosen "
Tony: "Jarvis just do it and get them to the tower we need all the help we can get"
Captain: "they haven't any training they don't work in a team how can this possibly work"
Tony :" I don't know! Do you have a better idea!?"
Captain:"why throw more powers at him!? He took hulks power and then killed him with it! He killed thor and black widow!"
Tony: "I don't know what else to do!"
Hawkeye :"I saw he couldn't absorb through your armor... So if we all had the armor he couldn't absorb us"
At that moment spiderman shows up
Spiderman: "what going on I got an alert for tony"
Captain: "spiderman.... Hulk thor and black widow are dead... And this guy that has a grudge against hawkeye can absorb powers and your life from your body"
Hawkeye: "that guy has a name! It's scott he was a good friend of mine in high school before he lost it and stabbed me in the knee with a pen and thats why I ran off to the circus"
Tony:" are you really defending him!? He kill 3 avengers in cold blood!"
Spiderman interrupts:" wait what?! Hulk his dead? He killed the hulk!?"
Captain: "well he killed banner after he absorbed the hulk out of banner but he lost his strength after using up the energy"
Tony:"spiderman you still got the iron spider armor?"
Spiderman: "yea why "
Tony:"he can't absorb through armor and I think I got just the suit for him"
Vision appears in the room and its not long before war machine shows up and last but not least Luke cage and iron fist show up and are briefed on the mission.
