With Loki back with the masters of evil they begin planning but scott gets board with that and leaves to "have some fun". He steals one of dooms jets and flys it to new york and crashes infront of a grand hotel and he gets out of the wreckage and starts walking away and when he passes the valet guy he tosses him the keys to the jet
Scott:" dont scratch it "
Scott sees a News reporter doing a live feed and he gets an idea. He walks over and snaps her neck and pushes the body aside
Scott: " if you don't want to die keep that camera on me... now we interrupt the scheduled programming to bring you this important message... Look at me... Look at all the scars on my face... People see them and think they are ugly and make me look like I'm flawed but I have learned to embrace my scars and not make them flaws but just the opposite... My best features..."
Spiderman swings in and kicks scott off camera
Spiderman: "what are you trying to do what's your plan!?"
Scott gets up laughing: "do I really look like a guy with a plan?...my like a dog chasing cars... I would even know what to do with it if I actually caught it you know? I just do things... Cops have plans... The masters of evil have plans... You heros got plans... you're are all schemers... schemers trying to control your little worlds... I'm not a schemer..."
Spiderman:" your a murderer! You cause anarchy with your chaos!"
Scott: "but the thing about chaos... It's fair"
Spiderman: "fair!? You have the unlimited power! Your god like and you fight guys like me and captain America and you are fair!?"
Scott thinks about that for a moment
Scott: " you're right... That isn't fair... " scott starts walking to spiderman and he sends a surge of raw power into spiderman's gut and the discharge obliterates everything around them and when the dust settles scott is standing over spiderman who is barely conscious
Scott:"you will have all of my powers when you wake up we will be equals and you will have your fair fight ill be back after a few days to give you time to explore your new powers" scott leaves the area just before the other avengers can get there and that take spiderman and bring him back to the tower
spiderman awakens he no longer has the spiderman costume on and is in a bed but he looks around and the world its self is different but yet the same its like he can see the power the energy that makes up everything living or nonliving he can single in on one atom and at the same time see in whole thing. Peter looks at his hands and sits up and looks around getting out if the bed and walks to the window and he can see everyone and his sight gets to all around the world and he sees terrorist killing innocent lives in the Middle East war lords in Africa slaughtering their own people politicians making dirty deals with mob bosses he starts to see the world for what it truly is and it begins driving peter mad (the power of sight it from Heimdall the gate keeper of Asgard that scott absorbs) at this moment Sam Alexander (aka nova A friend of Peters from high school and son of a high-ranking nova corps member that he has now inherited )
Sam:"peter! whats wrong!? You should be in bed"
Peter: "how!? How!?... Innocent lives being slaughtered everyday! right now as we speak! I can see it! I can Hear it!"
Sam:"how what are you talking about??? "
Peter:" scott gave me half of his powers I am just as fast strong and powerfull as him in every way..." Peter is shaking and is beginning to have a panic attack from all the images in his head.
Peter:"I can't... I can't do it! Enough with the voices!" (Scott also shared his schizophrenia so peter now hears an evil voice in his head but its not carl) Peter's panic attack turns into a seizure and Sam goes and gets help but peter is now foaming at the mouth.
