Melody's POV
*4:50 pm*
I opened my eyes to see some random dark skin man with dark red hair watching over me.
He was looking dead in my face and it was kinda creeping me out.
Me:Who are you?
Guy:(Smiles) I'm Dr.Wade.But you can call me Doc,hunty.
Me:(Smiles) Ok.But can I ask you a question?
Doc:You already did?
Me:Then I'll ask you another one.
Doc:Lay it on me.
Me:Why are you here?
Doc:Because you,my girl,was in a little mix up with Hazel.Hateeeee that bitch!!!And well she really did a blow on you.
Me:What happened?
Doc:She fractured 2 of your ribs and left a pretty bad purple bruise on your stomach.
Me:I'm gonna be alright though?Right Doc?
Doc:Yes you are.Just rest,keep the ice pack on your bruise,wear the brace I gave your boyfriend to help your little rib problem,and I am going to prescribe you Amazen pills for your pain.
Me:Thanks Doc.
Doc:I'm coming in 2 weeks to see how you're doing.
Me:That's cool with me.
Doc:Bye gurllllll!!
He strutted out the room.
I couldn't help but laugh.He's the coolest doctor I ever had.
Chris's POV
I waited downstairs while Doc was taking care of Melody.I watched Royalty play with Troy and started putting her Care Bear outfits on him.I turned to the door to hear no one knocking on it and no one walking past the window.I hope they get here soon.
I turned back to Royalty and Troy to see Royalty putting a tiara on Troy.
I couldn't help but laugh at Troy shaking the tiara off him.
Before I could join along in the fun,I heard footsteps coming down the stairs.It was Doc.
Me:Doc is she ok?
Doc:Yes booboo.She's nice like rice!
He put a pill bottle in my hand that read "Amazen".
Doc:Make sure she takes 2 everyday.One at breakfast and one at dinner.
Me:Ok.
I started making my way upstairs.
Doc:And also make sure she gets a lot of rest and exercise her upper body.Just let her practice bending down and going back up.
Me:I gotchu.
I was about to walk up the first step until Doc started talking again.
Doc:And that she leaves the ice pack on the bruise for an hour.
Me:Sure.
I tried making my way up the second step,but we all know how that went.
Doc:And she has to wear the brace everyday from when she wakes up to when she goes to sleep.
Me:Ok.
I just stood on the step.I was waiting for him to say something else but he just smiled at me.
Me:Is that it?
