The World, Black and white.
That's all seen
Wanted to have more
Needed more
Isn't the world made of more
Bright colors grew, changing the outcome.
Something came into my life.
Someone came and changed the meaning.
Darkness built up flooded out.
All based on just one smile.
Everywhere. Difference between night and day.
Stars can't compare.
Even the Moon was jealous.
You became the sun.
The center of my system.
My day when the night was too much to bare.
Opposites.
You found light in darkness.
I preferred darkness.
Cold to the touch, my heart ached for more.
Spring came to melt my winter.
Bringing the flowers.
Bringing the warmth needed.
Broken beyond repair.
Mindset is everything.
Turns out my broken parts weren't all that broken.
They were just missing their other half.
As the sun is to the moon.
You brought the red into the roses
The orange into the flames built.
Yellow seemed more gold then pale.
Over the green hills We found adventures.
Days had clear blue skies.
Purple and pink poke-a-dots stood out on the usual grey.
You're my solid ground.
You're my pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.
You changed my line of view.
Life would just be a dark mess.
But you created a canvas for my art.
For my broken words.
Told me this is my world to painted, to be stain with colors.
It's not though, it's our world to paint.
