Ch6 "Dearest"

"Morning dear!"
"Morning mom." I said as I approached the dining table. "What's for breakfast?"

"Your favorite!" Mom said smiling.

"Sunny shide up!" I exclaimed.

Miracle! Mom's in a good mood.

"Why such in a good mood mom?" I asked while consuming the yolk.

"I got you enrolled!" She said waving two of her hands gesturing surprise.

"Thanks mom!" I went towads her and hugged her. "Thank you!!!"

I'm soooo happeeeee

"What school mom?" I asked happily.
" Lycée Athénée de Luxembourg."
"Wha---" I said in awe. Lycée Athénée de Luxembourg is one of the best schools here in Luxembourg. I guess it is a hundred hectare school or more! Not mentioning you need to take an entrance exam just to get in. Private exam that is.
"But I thought--" I said.

"Dear, your gorgeous school in France is damaged. I want to give you higher standard but this is what Luxembourg can offer so I'll take it. Will you take it too dear?"

I looked worried. My old school. Which was the same as Harvard. It was damaged.

"Dear, I know Lycée Athénée doesn't have the same wide campus you had before." Mom said.
"Mom, this is great. Lycée Athénée is fine."
"Very good my dear! School starts next week."
"Okay mom."

We finished our meals and mom went out for work. I went to check my phone. 1 message from Reyvin. It read: Hi. Good morning.

I sent him a message too. Saying that I'm enrolled.

Few minutes later, he called.

"Hello?" I said.
"Hello. Good morning Lorien." The other side answered.
"Good morning Reyvin."
"You're enrolled now?"
"Yes!"
"Yeaah. Me too."
"Oh you too? That's great."
"What school are you in?"
" Lycée Athénée de Luxembourg."

-Reyvin-

After my breakfast, I decided to call Lorien bacause she said that she got enrolled to a school here at Luxembourg.

We had our conversation then I asked.
"What school are you in?"
" Lycée Athénée de Luxembourg."

I got stunned. Lycée Athénée de Luxembourg. That's the school I'm--

I didn't know how to respond.

"Helloo?" The other side said.
"Lore..." I said.
"How about you Rey?"
"Same as you."
"You're going to Lycée Athénée de Luxembourg?!"
"Yeaah."
"See you there next week."
"Sure."

Oh my God. She's gonna study where I'm gonna study. This is so great! My boring life changed I guess. Thank you Lord!

And so... life continues. I went to an arcade and played there. All day.

I still can't believe Reyvin goes to the school where I'm going. This is so great! I have a friend in my future school already.

I went to our apartment's living room and turned on the theater and scanned the channels. I saw a crystal ball. Then directly changed the station. Crystal ball. I suddenly remembered that Zumba girl I saw in the coffee shop on my first roam day. A friend in my future school. This must be the glimpse of the future that fate showed me. My future with Reyvin.

And so, after all the thinking about me and Reyvin's future, I watched anime. The beeest. I watched there. All day.

*knock knock knock*

"Who's there?" I asked motioning to the door.

"Delivery." The other side of the door answered.

What? I didn't order anything.

I opened the door and saw a man in his middle age. "Maam, a letter and a gift from Ms. Lumina."

"Thank you." I said as I took the items.

I opened the small square-shaped gift. And there was the necklace we bought together when we were still in France. I left it in her room before. Because I accidentally fell asleep. My theory before was 'She gave me sleeping pills! That's why I fell asleep.' But it didn't really go like that.

There was a picture of the two of us too. And the letter. Outside the letter was written: Hello Lorien! :) Luna here! Do not read this letter. Read this only on the day of your birthday. There's a lock in this letter. I'm gonna send you the key a week before your birthday. Through my pigeons. Hahaha! Thank you! Take care ;D
