Ciel's P.O.V.
I was quite surprised to wake up in a hospital room. School was now over and today was the start of summer. Imagine my disappointment to wake up in the hospital on the first day of summer break. I had a mask on making me breath in fumes to keep me calm so I couldn't hyperventilate and pass out. I looked around to find Alois sleeping curled up on the couch using a throw pillow as a regular pillow and wrapped in the blanket we use on our bed. I tried to move but by ass hurt and the cords were restricting my arms. My mom came in a few minutes later with breakfast for her and Alois and a nurse came in with mine. She walked over to loosen the cords so I can eat when mom spoke.
"Ciel! Your awake!"
Her outburst woke Alois. He stirred for a minute before sitting up while sleepily rubbing his eyes. He stretched and looked over at me. When he saw I was awake his eyes lit up.
"Ciel! You didn't wake up when I was carrying you so I got worried. I'm glad your up."
I could tell he wanted to come over and hug me until I can't breath, but he also wanted me to eat. After loosening the cords, the nurse hit a button on the bed and the top rose up. She took off the mask so I could eat my food and left the room. I looked down at the try on my lap. It was two prices of toast, a bowl of fruit, and a cup of milk. I picked up the toast and ate it slowly while Alois and mom started to eat they're breakfasts. They had basically the same thing I did. Only mom had coffee and Alois had orange juice. Mom must've gone to the hospital cafeteria and told the nurse what I wanted, then got food for her and Alois. I looked over at the clock on the far wall. 8:35. I finished off my bowl of fruit and went to my milk. I turned to Alois once I was done. He was also done and flipping through the channels on the T.V
"Alois?"
Alois looked over to me.
"Yes love?"
I looked down at what I was wearing. I'm wearing a pale blue hospital gown. Can't believe I just realized I'm not wearing that shirt.
"When did you bring me here?"
Alois looked embarrassed.
"We got here around 4:00am. I just couldn't stand to see you in pain so I brought you while you were sleeping."
I nodded to him. A minute later the doctor came in with a nurse who took away my empty tray and cup putting the mask back on me. Alois turned down the volume on the T.V. and watched. Dr. Freeman came over and smiled at me.
"Hello, Ciel. I'll be checking you. I need you to lay on you stomach."
The nurse hit another button to lower the top of the bed and loosened the cords even more so I didn't hurt myself. I turned around and layed on my stomach as I was told. Dr. Freeman moved the blanket so nobody could see anything and lifted up the back of my hospital gown. Alois tensed and watched him carefully while the nurse took my mom outside to wait. Once they were out Dr. Freeman moved the blanket so Alois could see what he was doing. He must have noticed how tense Alois is.
"Could you come over and comfort Ciel while I do a quick check of what we're working with?"
I saw Alois nod and race over to me. He sat in a chair next to the bed and held out his arm. I grabbed it and clung to his arm tightly, resting my head on the pillow. Even though I was wearing a fumes mask I was still tense until Alois came over to comfort me. He gently played with my hair while I felt Dr. Freeman using tools to look at my torn hole and anus. He touched the tear and I clung to Alois tighter, squeezing my eyes shut. I felt Alois's hair in my neck and soon felt his lips on my forehead. He gently kissed my forehead and rubbed my back with the hand that was playing with my hair. After about 5 minutes of clinging to Alois's arm while he gave me gentle kisses and rubbed my back,with tools being used on my ass and Dr. Freeman mumbling stiff about medicine to give me, he stopped, pulling my hospital gown back down.
"Alright, you can turn around now."
I turned around to see Dr. Freeman putting some simi-bloody gloves in the trash. Alois kissed my cheek and pulled the blanket up, tucking me in. I let him have his arm back(that'd be funnier if Alois was a zombie and could take off his arms). Dr. Freeman let my mom back in with the nurse who filled in the file. I laid there on the bed and curled up under the blankets. According to Dr. Freeman, because of the medicine and the mask I will spend most of my time sleeping. I hope I can still cuddle with Alois. I thought, slowly drifting off.
~Alois's P.O.V.~
I watched Ciel lovingly as he slowly fell asleep and smiled from my spot on the couch. He really is adorable. I love him so much. Dr. Freeman was going over what he had learned about Ciel's condition with my foster mom.
"He seems to have a pretty bad tear. And he lost over 40% of his blood. We'll have to hook him up to that machine so we can give him more blood."
He said pointing to the machine next to the bed. I was listening in a little bit to see what was wrong but they only went over the strange names of the medicine I heard him mumbling about. I laid back down and closed my eyes, eventually falling asleep.
~Lukas P.O.V.~
Brother went to bring Ciel to the hospital early today. My new Daddy said we would visit them tomorrow. I cuddled up to him while watching 'Mighty Med' and curled up in the blanket. Watching the show quietly with my new daddy.
