The filthy unspoken girl holding the gun was no other than Melissa, Melissa as the one of Beatrice's minions.
Hazel was so shocked she almost puked.

"How...." Hazel stopped and looked down, "why would you....what the hell?!"
"Listen, I just feel really bad for you and your friends. Beatrice has been getting to me ever since I tried to stop her from ripping out that poem. I'm really sorry. Also for this," she motioned her arms over Bruce's body.

Hazel was speechless.  What could she even say at this point? Was there anything to say?

Jackson groaned in pain as he tried to get up.
"Jackson!" Hazel hissed as she crawled over to him. "You'll hurt yourself."
"N-No. I'm fine," he said as he tried to get up. Instead he fell back to the ground.

Hazel hurried over to him and picked his head up into her hands. Jackson looked at her with pain written on his dirt-covered face.
"Melissa, go get help." Hazel told Melissa as she pulled her phone out to call an ambulance.
"She's going to prison," Jackson smirked. "He's going to hell."
"No, Bruce won't. He was just only trying to protect me."
"Why?"

Hazel told Jackson the story. Each sentence he heard from her lips, his eyes got wider and his jaw dropped further.

"I heard of that story. The guy was named Robbie. Robbie Kicks. He was a total asshole. He was a harassment to all of us. He was before Jacob Webb. He done so many crimes that for when he went to jail," Jackson swallowed, "he got the death penalty."

"Holy crap. What did he do?"
"Literally almost about everything." Jackson sighed.

Suddenly, a group of feet were heard. When Hazel and Jackson turned their heads, they met with the goths all out of breath.

"Now that was a workout." Nicole stated as she was sweaty as out of breath.
"Fat bitch," Travis muttered.
"Shut up!!!" Nicole screamed as she gave him the bird.

Roselyn walked over slowly towards Hazel and Jackson. She discovered Bruce's body. She gasped in complete shocked.
"What happened?!" She asked trying to fight tears.

"Bruce scratched Jackson with his switch blade, then he got shot by Melissa." Hazel explained.

"Your joking right?" Roselyn glared. Hazel just shook her head.
"Son of a bitch...I loved him..." With that, Roselyn began to cry.

Thunder broke out in the sky as the ambulance came and picked up Jackson by multiple nurses on a pick up bed.

Then one of the nurses walked over towards Hazel and Roselyn.
"What happened to that one," he asked pointing towards Bruce's corpse with nurses all around him.

Roselyn stood quietly and coughed as Hazel spoke up and said, "he committed suicide."

The nurse nodded as the nurses picked him up and carried him to the ambulance with Jackson.

Then, the ambulance left leaving the goths standing in the remorseful storm.
"Hey Hazel," Travis spoke as he approached her. "I'm sorry. For what I said about emos. Jackson is different."

Hazel laughed quietly and said, "Everyone is different in their own way, even you and I."

Travis smiled widely as Hazel walked up and hugged him tightly.
"AWE GROUP HUG!" Nicole shouted as she joined in with everyone else behind her.

They stayed like that for at least a good ten minutes until lighting decided to show itself in the cloudy sky.

Today was Bruce's funeral. Surprisingly, the whole entire school came, even Beatrice's and Jacob's group.

The chamber choir sang their songs, people of honor gave their speeches and everyone either sobbed or shed a few tears.
Roselyn was called up to the stage with Bruce's casket.
The priest gave a loving smile at her.
"This is from Bruce. This is only just for you." He told her.
It was a note and a small box.

Dear Roselyn,

I'm sorry I couldn't tell you this in person, but I love you. I was too afraid to even tell you. Every time you looked at me, I felt my world stopping and just focusing on you.
Yes we're young but I have something to ask you.
(Open little box.)

Roselyn giggled and opened the box.
It was a diamond covered ring with a black gem in the middle.

Roselyn Carrie Hills, if I were still alive, in front of you and smiling, would you marry me?

Love,
Bruce

Roselyn had tears running down her cheeks as she slipped the ring on her finger.

"Yes!" She whispered.
Everyone began applauding for Roselyn and her newly wed who is dead.

Jackson and Hazel smiled at each other and kissed sweetly.
