Chapter 41 :Reality Sets Forward

Its been three days since I've asked Destiny to marry me. We are now packing to leave the beach house. We stayed the whole week and although we didn't have sex it was still an amazing week.

"im done" destiny said as I walked into the kitchen that was now spotless clean. The kitchen was deffiantly a place we used plenty of times and by the end of the weekend was a hot mess.

"You did a good job" I said and she smiled washing her hands clean.

"yeah with no help from you" she said after she wiped her hands. "so is everything in the car?" she asked and I nodded my head.

"yep except the house" I joked and she laughed walking to me wrapping her hands around my neck.

"well we have memories in this house so its good enough" she said kissing my lips lightly.

I wrapped my hands around her waist smirking. Im thinking about buying this house for Destiny I don't know how but I want to buy it for her. "alright mama lets get home our madre's are waiting for us" I said and she giggled letting go of me and walking to the front door.

I smiled at her and looked around the house. "see ya soon" I whispered walking out and locking the door leaving the key where the owner told me to.

when I got in the car destiny turned on the radio and pretty wings by Maxwell was playing I rolled my eyes. I swear this is the 100th time I've heard this song. As soon as I downloaded it for her she went crazy and wont stop playing it.

I started the car and drove out the driveway driving to Destiny's place which was nowhere near close probably 2 hours at the least. As we drove me and destiny talked about just anything and everything. 

I don't know why but this weekend I feel like I've learned more about destiny than I have the whole time we were dating.

The ride took longer than I expected it took us max of 3 hours because of the traffic. It was like everybody and there mama's went to the beach and decided to comeback now. I took all of destiny's bags for her as she walked to the front door and knocked on it and no one answered.

She let let out a large breath. "corahn can you get my key in that bag for me" she said pointing to one of her purple vera bradley bags. 

I put the other bag on the floor and opened up the bag she told me to open.I found the key quickly and I handed it to her.

Opening the door we walked to the lights turned off and people screaming surprise. Me and Destiny stood there confused as fuck.My mom and destiny's mom emerged from the crowd coming and giving us big ass hugs.

"Me and Sophia and so many other people were so happy about this that we decided tot throw you guys a party" Samar said and I chuckled typical of them to do something like this.

I smiled as me and destiny thanked everyone for coming. When we finished up are little thank-you's. Me and destiny went up the stairs to go get re-freshed.

After I quick showers and our change of clothing we both walked down the stairs to our families talking spread out enjoying the each others presence.

King came over to me dabbing me up."look at you" he said and I laughed."nah but forreal I'm glad you  tying the knot with little miss.destiny" he said and I chuckled.

"thanks man" I said before hearing sierra's voice as she talked to destiny admiring her ring as they spoke I smiled looking back over at king.

"how ya'll going to do when you get to college?" he questioned and I bit my lip as he drunk some of his champagne.
