Kevin's POV

I try telling the paramedics, cops and everyone else I can walk but they don't listen because I end up on a stretcher but they let me sit up instead of strapping me down.

When we get outside in the rain from the head light beams and lights from the cop cars I see the guys gathered in a group with their girls by their side Brian walks over to me and I can tell He's trying to keep it together.

He lays a hand on my shoulder "Next time you want a few days off just ask you don't have to be this extreme."

I laugh then wince at the pain in my side "I'll try to remember that." I look over by another car and standing in the rain looking like a drowned rat is Zak and by his side is Vanessa's friend Mallory and I wonder what I missed the past week.

Zak gives me a nod and I nod back then Mallory walks over with an amused look on her face "Still can't keep your shirt on I See."

I shrug my shoulders "its a struggle."

Then I'm loaded in the ambulance and they start throwing around words like dehydration, possible infections, and over night observation and I realize I would be spending the night in a hospital
