After I made food me Hayes, Skylynn, Cody and Clara all watched a movie then Skylynn and Hayes went home and me Cody and Clara went to bed I woke up early today and got dressed (pic up above) and decided to take Cody and Clara to the park since it was an okay day today so I can still not like die from the heat but I won't die of the cold either I got to their rooms and made sure they got dressed and came out of their room so I can make breakfast
I made them eggs and toast and bacon and then made them sit at the table and eat and I did Clara's hair in a braid thing until I could put it into a pony tail then I put it in a pony tail and left it like that
I put my hair in a ponytail and I got out my phone to text Shawn because I'm waiting for Cody and Clara to eat so we can see if sky wants to go then leave for the park
B- hey
S- hey
B- what are you up to?
S- nothing much
B- I'm waiting for Cody and Clara to eat so we can get Skylynn to go to the park
S- I gotta go now and tell Clara and Cody I said Hi
B- I will ✌🏾️
I walked to the table
"Are you guys done?" I asked them
"Yup" they both said
"Alright take your plate cup and fork and put it in the sink please I will wash them later" I told them
"Okay" they said and did what I told them and went to the living room to get their shoes on
"Make sure they are on the right feet" I told Clara she has a thing for that "Do you have socks on?" I asked Cody
"I knew I forgot something" he said
"That's what I thought" I said as he walked upstairs
"Will you help me sissy?" Clara whined
"Sure" I said as I tied her shoes
"I'm done" Cody said socks and everything
"Alright sweatshirts get them on" I said standing up and walking to the door
"Okay let's go" I said walking out the door with them behind me
I made sure I had the keys and I shut the door and walked next door to get Skylynn we walked next door and Nash opened the door
"We wanna know if you and sky wanna go to the park" I said to him
"Sure I'll go get sky" he said walking to the stairs then up and around the corner
He came back like 10 minutes later with Skylynn in his arms
She still had crazy hair as he set her down
"Hi Brooke" she squeezed me in her tiny arms as she gave me a hug
"How about we fix your hair" I said
"Ya" she said leading me somewhere in guessing her room
We went to the bathroom in there and I brushed through her hair and I braided it then put it in a pony tail like I did to Clara's hair and then we made our way back downstairs
"Okay she don't have crazy hair anymore" I said to Nash patting his back as me Skylynn, Cody and Clara went out the door and he followed and we walked to the park Skylynn didn't want to walk after a while so I picked her up and walked with her on my hip
We got to the park and I let Skylynn down and she ran off with Cody and Clara so I just sat on a bench and waited for them to be done playing
My phone lit up so I checked it it was my brother Evan
He said he is going back to the Air Force
I started crying a little and I'm not sure why I guess I just don't like it when he
Leaves us for so long I get worried when he doesn't come back on time it happened all the time when I was little my mom thought that he was dead
He was MIA for about 3 months when I was 12 that was a bad year for my family a really bad year
We moved on after a while then they found him and he came home and he didn't go back until I was about 15 then he actually came home on time
I felt someone sit next to me I wiped the tears from my eyes an spit my phone in my pocket
"You okay?" Nash asked
"Ya" I said closing my eyes for a second then opening them and looked at him and smiled
"There's that beautiful smile" he said before poking my cheeks
"Oh shut up" I said swatting his hands away
"Alright" he said and just sat there
"Brooke come here" Skylynn called
"What sky?" I asked standing up
"I need help on the swings I can't get high enough" she said as I walked toward the swings
"Alright" I said approaching her swing where there was another small child on a different swing just sitting there
"Pump your feet girl" I told Skylynn as I pushed her swing
"Okay" she said and I stopped pushing her and stepped away making sure I don't get hurt from her kicking me or something I went back to where Nash was sitting and there was a small girl playing with Clara
After a while Skylynn stopped playing and sat with me and Nash and sat on my lap
Soon all of them were done playing and they all wanted to go home
I carried Skylynn again because she fell asleep
Nash carried Clara because she fell asleep when we were at the park
We got home and I went to Nash's house so I could put Skylynn in her bed for the night
Nash went to my house and got Clara in her bed and Cody in his bed
We left each others house and went to our own
"Have fun" I said as we walked past each other on the side walk
"You too" he said still walking
I went inside my house and went to bed and fell asleep
