I woke up to my mom shaking me
"Brooklyn get up" she said
"Up" I said getting up from my bed and walked to my closet and got dressed (outfit up above)
AI then went downstairs and grabbed my backpack
"Hey Brooke" my dad said
"Hey dad" I said
"Olivia are you ready yet?" I yelled up the stairs
"One minute" she yelled back
"So what are you doing today Mark?" I asked my brother who was shoving food in his mouth that mom had made him
"I don't know" he said with his mouth full
"How about you chew before you answer" I said
"Brooklyn let's go" Olivia said waiting by the door
"Coming" I said walking "bye mom bye dad later Mark"
"Bye honey have a nice day at school" my mother said if she only knew
Me and Olivia walked out the door I swung my backpack around my shoulders we walked in silence until we got to school
"Don't do anything stupid" Olivia said as we walked in
"Don't worry I won't" I told her walking to my locker where everybody was waiting as in all of the people that bully me
"Good morning slut" Stacie said as I walked in the middle of them and opened my locker
"Good morning Stacie" I said
"Shut up" Cara said
"What do you want?" I asked them
"We want to do this" Stacie said and the next thing I know I am on the floor wishing that I had someone to help as they walk away I just laid there and curled up in a ball until a teacher finds me
"Brooklyn not again" Mrs. Charles said walking over to me she picked me up and studied my face I put my hand to my head because it hurt "Let's get you to my office" she said helping me walk she does this every time that they beat me down and hit me and kick me we walked to her office and she put me down on the bed thing they have in there and got gloves on
"Is it that bad?" I asked usually she don't need gloves but when I'm bleeding she does
"Yes now stay still" she said putting alcohol on a small cotton ball "This is gonna hurt" she said and lifted it to my forehead I guess I got a cut when I fell
"Are you done yet?" I asked impatiently
"Almost" she said taking it away and putting a bandage on it and giving me a pass for first hour
"Thank you Jamie" I said
"Your welcome honey" she said as I walked out I usually call her Jamie because I spent most of my morning with her because they beat me up I walked to my first hour and sat down after giving him a slip
"Now class we are working on six step equations you will need this for the test next month so take notes" he said I blocked out the rest and just wrote down whatever he had on the white board and it went by quick and soon the day was over and I said goodbye to Mrs. Charles and walked out I always walk home alone after school because Olivia is with Stacie and the other girls that bully me although she don't know it and I'm not going to tell her then she would think I am lying and so I'm not going to tell her
I walked in the house and my mother greeted me
"Hello hon-" and she stopped mid sentence
"What?" I asked
"Honey what happened to your forehead?" She asked
"Oh I fell at lunch and Mrs. Charles bandaged it up" I lied
"Alright but be more careful next time" she said
"Okay" I said walking to my room so I could be alone
